What can I say about this center, it’s the best school my child has ever attended to be honest.
I’ve only had to address my concerns once and immediately after it addressed and resolved.

He was in early head-start and was a closed off individual for a while but once I switched him to KinderCare, his REAL personality came out.
Potty training has also been a piece of cake because they actually help out with making sure he stays on track with his schedule.
So amazed with the progress he has made.
S/O to all the ladies there as they work hard from open to close to ensure our children are getting the best care possible.

The staff and director have been so amazing to my son! He has learned so much and is super advanced and I can thank the teachers for that. I love the daily updates/reports given along with photos. I highly recommend this daycare for your kiddos!

Great facility and awesome staff. My children have been enrolled for almost 2 years now and absolutely love this place. My children come home with nothing but good things to say about the teachers, especially my youngest, who has taken a liking to Mrs. Cynthia.

I love this daycare. The staff is great! I have 2 daughters. 1st daughter started at age 3 is now 8 2nd daughter started at 12 weeks and is now 2 years old. I have not had any complaints with these amazing teachers. My girls and us love everyone that works there. My husband and myself trust them with every thing that we have.

KinderCare Nacogdoches was absolutely amazing! My child learned in just under a year, to speak full sentences, all his numbers, colors, and etc. Staff is amazing! They were so kind and treated all of the children with care! Absolutely loved this daycare! Ms Jessica was exceptional! Always so kind and understanding! Truly always had a smile on her face and made us feel so welcomed! I always received updates on my child learning and activities he was participating in! This place was nothing but OUTSTANDING!

My family and I have had such a great experience with this daycare! From day one, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, caring, and attentive. As a first time mom, that’s very comforting. My child genuinely looks excited every time they walk into the center, which says a lot to me as a parent. It’s clear that the team creates a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where kids can thrive. It gives me peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands.
I especially want to highlight the director. She is truly exceptional. From our very first visit, she made us feel welcomed, heard, and supported. She’s not only professional and organized, but also warm, approachable, and genuinely passionate about the children and the families she serves. She takes time to connect with each child and parent, and it’s clear how much heart she puts into running the daycare. Her leadership sets the tone for such a positive, respectful and uplifting environment. She is the kind of director you want running a daycare where your child attends. Couldn’t be happier with our choice!!

We love kindercare Naco location!!! My three children have been going here 6 years and are like family! We are family! Ms Jessica is an awesome director and the staff have always been magnificent! Even with changes in staff I have to say Always been great teachers. Thank you kindercare fam for your love and help with raising my children! Love you all! Couldn't ask for a better daycare to be a part of!!!

My babies took a while to transition to new day care but they made my babies feel welcome all 5 my babies love it .. amazing teacher and very nice.. you can keep track of ur kiddoes threw there app .. The best day care my kids been too .. <3

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Kindercare. My child was hurt by a male teacher in their care, and I was appalled by the way the staff handled the situation. Instead of addressing my child’s concerns, they dismissed them as insignificant. A simple write up and verbal warning is not sufficient enough to ensure my child’s future safety.
It's troubling to see a lack of compassion, especially when a child's well-being is at stake. I expected a safe and nurturing environment, but instead, I felt my child's feelings were overlooked. I cannot recommend this daycare for anyone who values attentive and caring childcare.

My child has been going to this Kindercare for the past couple of months and has made my transition back to work so much easier because of how kind and nice the staff is. I also appreciate their diligence to update the app with all the activities my baby is doing each day. Great childcare facility and amazing staff.

My family had an excellent experience with the Nacogdoches kindercare. Our eldest child spent 2 years here, transitioning from the infant, to toddler, to discovery preschool rooms prior to our family moving out of state. The director (Jessica) and teachers went above and beyond to care for my kids and make this kindercare feel like a second family for us. This facility does a wonderful job of communicating with families, sending real time updates on kids, and providing next level care and commitment to teaching their students. I highly recommend this childcare center if you are looking for loving care for your kids and outstanding staff members who are trustworthy, reliable, and committed to helping nurture children.

I absolutely LOVE this daycare. The teachers and directors are amazing with the kids. My daughter and son have been taken care very good. Great things to say about their teachers. I was so scared to let my babies go to daycare. They made my fears and worries go away. Reassuring me that they are in great hands. Thank you!

Director and staff are rude and disrespectful. There is no peace of mind when leaving your kids here I would never recommend this daycare to anyone.

My son has been going here since before he was 1 and he is now 3! I was very spectacle about putting him in a daycare but this was the best choice I could have made when it comes to daycares. He absolutely loves his teachers and they do great with him. Any little issue I had has been resolved in a very quick manner due to Ms.Jessica! They truly care about the well being of your child at this location
