I’ve been going to this place for a while and this was my first bad experience with them. The people there are very nice. However today I went to get a pedicure and requested a blue tip not my full nail to be painted blue. As the lady starts working on them, I noticed it was different process than what is usually done when getting a a tip. I politely stop her and she starts to ignore me until she got ready to acknowledge me. I stopped her because she was painting my whole nail and noticed that when getting a tip they stop at least half way through the nail. She then proceeds to ask me if I wanted a tip . I make sure to confirm with her that we were doing a tip. Me thinking after I told her what I wanted , everything would be fine. I didn’t want it to seem as if I was telling her to do her job because I don’t professionalize in it but I knew something was off. I began to stop her again and show her the picture reference this time. She then proceeds to get an attitude and tells me no, giving me a death stare then angrily speaks In her own language. So after the fact I told her that I didn’t want the service anymore so she removes the nails and continues with the pedicure service which was $40 . I am disappointed in the rude customer service I received today and will no longer be coming back to this nail salon. I don’t ever want to feel as if my pedicure is being rushed or that my services requested aren’t what I requested. I like to feel relaxed and comfortable as anyone should feel when getting these services done.

I’ve given this place two chances and both times the service was terrible. The first time, I waited with my son for over an hour for a service. When they finally called me, I asked if I could quickly change his diaper and they told me “no” and immediately called the next person. So rude.
Fast forward two years, I decided to give them another try and brought my daughter to get our eyebrows done. They refused to take us because we weren’t getting our nails done. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst service I’ve ever experienced — I won’t be coming back.

Lynn is awesome. She knows I always come with my crazy nails designs and she always leaves me speechless. 10 out of 10. Steven always does my pedicures and always ask me if I am okay and if everything looks to my liking. Definitely recommend them.

It’s no secret, most Asians are all about making money but for the ones at this store, does it make a difference if you earn tips based on your job VS stealing from clients by altering the receipts?
Upon paying, the young Asian woman at table 6, said she had to split payment for pedi n full set because their POS terminal
does not accept Apple Pay payments over $100.00. Because she was extremely rude when doing my full set , I left the tip on the receipt for the pedicure.
When I checked my bank account, I see she charged the tip on both receipts.
Perhaps she’s in extreme need for funds n needs to pinch cents from wherever she can. None the less, I still find it highly disappointing.
I have no complaints about their work. In all my experiences at this place, everyone has done awesome work on my nails. I’m not going back there though. There are nail shops at every corner,. No need to take crap.

Was seated fairly quickly for a pedicure but I won’t be coming back. I did not expect to just have my feet washed with hand soap! I did not receive the pedicure I thought.. if you just want to wash your feet save your $ and time:

Please shut this place down or find new owners! They never have staff to do an eyebrow wax or a pedicure. I was told it was going to be an hr for an eyebrow wax because there doing bikini wax’s…There was two employees doing absolutely nothing !! I don’t know how there still in business..

I called and spoke to Lynn at 12pm, she scheduled me for 2pm same day… I drove almost an hour and showed up 3 minutes early for her to tell me “I’m too busy, I have someone now”. After I reminded her of our phone call she didn’t seem to care and told me to go to other lady who had appointments she needed to get in, as she should! I always tip generously because I also work in the service industry, so I’m not sure why I was treated this way today. I won’t be returning, and will gladly take my business elsewhere where they appreciate returning customers who tip well, like myself.

Absolutely perfect! My nail tech was patient and sweet with all my critiques. My nails came out beautifully and it didn't take too long! I will definitely be returning.
Requested style: I requested a nude gold star design and she tested different golds to see which one i liked better.
Cleanliness: My artists space was nice and clean just like the rest of the establishment.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visits and will return. I especially liked Victoria. Her English was good and her service even better.
Update - No English today, no one offered to help after being rushed to sit down. Three people sitting around doing nothing. No other customers Waited, waited, then left.

I did a walk in gel manicure. I had a guy do my nails and he was very friendly and made sure to ask if I liked the color and if everything looked good to me. It's a small shop but I would definitely go back. I love my manicure and color.

If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. I came in for a nail set and a pedicure and it was a complete waste of my time and money. Not only did the nail tech rush through my service because someone else walked in but she knicked me several times on my toes. Not to mention the pedicure job itself is so ugly I could’ve honestly done a better job painting my nails at home for free. And because she was rushing to take the next client she forgot that I had also asked her for a nail set. So she told me I had to wait an extra 30 minutes while she took the next client. Don’t bother coming here. They have terrible customer service and they do a terrible job. I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend anyone to waste their time. This is how she left my toes. It wasn’t even worth the $45.

So I accidentally forgot my wallet and offered to pay through Zelle, cash app, Apple Pay, pay pal, and was told no to all and given attitude by a female worker. I tried my best to be polite cause I understand how much of an inconvenience this could be to the establishment on MY part. BUT the woman who I was talking to gave me lots of attitude after she rushed my nails and she told me “you’re going to tip right” basically forcing a tip and speaking condescendingly towards me. Mind you my toes weren’t even shaped, it looked rushed, and my nails (French tips) are different shapes. USUALLY I would say something then and there but I felt rushed out of both chairs. Back to the payment. I PAID the woman through Zelle to which she said I didn’t and announced to basically everyone in there, gave me attitude, and told me to talk to “HER” pointing to another female worker (and I had the transaction and emails to prove so.) I ended up having to pay the other worker through Apple Pay and cancel the first payment the other lady was much nicer and understanding. Overall I didn’t like how the service was rushed in the first place and how I was spoken to rudely when the whole payment situation went down it gave me major anxiety.

This place always makes feel like a princess! I love the work they do, speed and color and style variations they have. Pricing is not arm and leg as well ☺️
