Excellent service from everyone working there. They are friendly and always ask what I want. They fix my in-grown toenails perfectly.

Incredibly unhappy. $35 for a child’s shellac manicure that peeled in less than 3 days. I could tell before I left that it was going to peel as they painted on her skin/cuticles. They argued with me and were insistent it would last. My daughter has had a number of shellac manicures and never this issue. Would not recommend.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the service was unprofessional and rude.
I went to have my nails removed, and the technician left me soaking in pure acetone for over 30 min. My fingers began to hurt, and when i asked for assistance, she dismissed me while helping another client, insisting i hadn’t been soaking for that long.
When she finally attended to me, her demeanor was unfriendly. I requested a simple nail trim, but her response was that it would be cost extra.
Overall, it felt like they wore more interested in taking my money than providing decent service.
Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

I been going there for years but this time the guy doing my pedicure was in a hurry , normally it takes about 45min but today it was 20min . He didn't even take the time to offer me something to drink.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not one to leave reviews, ever, unless warranted. I arrived and it wasn't too busy, they told me it would be a 10 minute wait. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes just to get in a chair and the lady took her sweet time getting everything ready. Then she decided to start on my pedicure and proceeded to get up and do other things. This happened about 3 or 4 times. I was on the verge of getting up and leaving and I was on the verge of tears from frustration! Never again. I gave this place a chance out of pure faith but I definitely learned my lesson and will not be coming back

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! If I could give ZERO stars I would. They russell you in like cattle and tgen do a crapy job for your hard erned money. I got the deluxe pedicure which was $43 and got a $2 job. First they left me soaking in the water for 10 minutes, then when the guy cam and looked at my feet he said " oh you have nice feet, you take really good care of your feet." He proceeded to rush through my pedicure so he can do someones nails. Their polish selection is crapy and the polish is old and they refill it with nail polish remover which causes it to no longer have a shine and it causes the polish to not last long so you have to comeback more often than usual. They are chasing money and if they just do a good job and invest in their products they will be fine. I CAN NOT in good faith reccommend this place to anyone. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! TAKE YOUR HARD ERNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT APPRECIATES THEIR CUSTOMERS! As you can see in the uploaded photo my toes are peeling from the HORRIBLE pedicure that they did. DO NOT GO TO THE NAILS PALACE located between HEB and Lowe's off of 1604 and Blanco Road.

I have been going here for years. My daughter and I meet here once a month for mani/pedi and girl day. Love my technician Thuy and all the staff. Great care and beautiful work!

Very classy and professional. Kim was a sweetheart!! She took me right away & took her time. She was very careful with my abused nails. Lol I had literally ripped off old acrylic nails when husband surprised me with a trip to Nails Palace. She helped choose a better treat. Will definitely return and recommend. ☺️ ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bad service didn’t want to service me very rude first and last time here I don’t recommend they were just looking at me and talking in Chinese and pointing and shaking their heads I asked did I do something wrong no answer just told to come back another timeI asked if it because I’m black no response either left crying

If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked into the business and an employee was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me which is understandable. I heard another employee from the back say hello so I sat down and waited for someone. While waiting a woman comes in that happens to be white. The same man that was to busy to acknowledge me jumped up and asked what can I do for you do you have an appointment. Not really surprised because this appears to be the norm in this area. I asked the man if I was invisible. He didn't respond and I took my business elsewhere. I would never apatronize a business that doesn't give ALL of their customers the same courtesy and respect.
