Brad was helpful, but the pricing policies and my particular (unlucky) process was an ordeal.2 year old sat on my wife's laptop, so I went in to get an estimate for screen replacement. Went in and they confirmed it would be a screen replacement rather than easier fix, and would look it up. Went home.Shortly after, quoted $90 for screen, $160 for labor for around $250 plus tax. Fine. Would be 3 to 5 business days and I'd have to go back in person to pay for the screen...a bit inconvenient, but acceptable.Next week, screen arrived, dropped off computer, and....unfortunately it was the wrong screen. I think it was an honest mistake here, and things like this happen. However, this is where things went south policy/pricing wise.The original bargain was $250 for the job. The first response was the new screen would be $60 more ($150), but they could lower some of the labor fee to compensate due to complication. All well and good. At this point, it's my 4th visit on site to once again pick up the laptop (we are plugging it into a monitor in the meantime while we're awaiting the screen).And then...turns out their supplier doesn't have the screen and then I'm told the alternate supplier is in China, it will cost $200, and will take about a month to get there. Oh by the way, I already paid for the $90 original screen and there's a $60 diagnostic fee I'd have to pay no matter what even if I wanted to back out.Alternatively, they are ok with me supplying the screen and they do the labor. So I go on ebay and get a new screen myself and that one arrives 2 days later.When it comes time for final payment, I'm told there won't be a price reduction on labor because they didn't make a mark up on the screen. I guess it was an erroneous assumption on my part that they somehow had suppliers that got the parts for cheaper (the original $90 estimate on parts after all).Again, I think it was an honest mistake and the initial quote was in good faith, but the subsequent extra trips and pricing policies was quite unpleasant to deal with.So overall I'd say 5 stars for Brad's service, but 1 star for the process

I had Brad out at the end of February to collect several hard drives, laptops & cellphones that belonged to my father. I am extremely "technically challenged", & had no idea how retrieve the wanted data & clear them for possible resale. Brad was great, he came & picked the items up, took them back to their office, downloaded the data to an external hard drive for me. He was able to tell me which items were sellable & e-recycled the rest for me. Their pricing was reasonable & for me was well worth it as it gave me great peace of mind!

When they swapped my operating system from one hard drive to the other, they left ALL the system drivers on the other drive. So my computer crashed every 3 hours because it couldn't access the file location. They wanted ME to pay to fix the problem without even trying to diagnose the issue. Thank God I found a qualified tech to fix it. I'll happily pay for qualified service..... They'll say too much time passed, but they didn't even try.........

You lost a customer, and a good one. I don't have time to fix my sttuff, obviously if it took me 2 months to get back to your shop. All you had to say was, let's see if it's an installation issue or something else. That would have been a different conversation and you would likely be paid or services right now. Lesson learned for both of us I hope.....
