Did not communicate. They measured our sign incorrectly so our pylon sign was smaller than the billboard it was installed on which looks unprofessional. When I called about it, I was told they would fix it. They haven’t fixed it yet and it’s been about a month. They charged our company credit card for the remainder of the payment without my authorization and haven’t responded to my email in regards to what’s going on.

This company worked very closely with me through the process of designing and printing a few pictures for above our refrigerator. They helped us and were very generous with their time. It was an awesome turnout and they made sure that we were maximizing the amount of pictures that we could have printed, which gave us a lot of options to choose from. I could not be more pleased!

Been using Michael and crew for several years now and they hit it out of park every time! They did a trailer wrap for that was excellent along with the smaller jobs they do for me has been quality work.

Do not do business with this company! They severely lack customer service skills and have poor quality of products. You are better off having a kindergartner print the items you need than to use this company. They can't even stand behind their work because they know it means conducting quality work and exceeding client/customer expectations. What a waste of money!! I DO NOT recommend.
