Reservation was made for my birthday by my son, they never even wished me a happy birthday. The salmon was not good, it was cold, the salad was too salty, and the couscous, it was drowning Taziki sauce instead of being separate. The dessert was burnt, and I was kind of shocked. They brought it to me like that the whole top layer and the bottom layer was burnt. It was a terrible experience. There was also a little hair in my son‘s cheese pizza but he ate it anyway and did not complain. $80 for this experience was not worth it. I hope they make it right.

Alex, our waiter, was very attentive and responsive to our needs. He came back to check on us several times. We both had the Ginger Sesame with Shrimp and it was delicious. We also had cocktails, which were equally satisfying. Love this place!

Came in to buy designer shoes (Louboutin, Chanel, etc) and not one of the 6 employees on the floor offered to help me. I looked around and it doesn’t even look like they carry the quality of shoe I was looking for (surprising for a Nordstrom) but nonetheless, very disappointing that all 6 employees were either looking at their phones or talking to each other. I definitely won’t return and I purchased 4 pair elsewhere.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a manager named Ivette at Nordstrom. She treated us very poorly, specifically because we are Mexican. She even remarked that it wasn’t her problem that we were Mexican and was extremely rude when we were just trying to pay. The system wasn’t working properly due to a ZIP code issue, and instead of helping us, Ivette basically told us to leave and accused us of being disrespectful when we were simply desperate to complete our purchase. I think it’s important for people to know that there is someone this discriminatory working there. I definitely want to leave a review so others are aware of this behavior.

What happen to the customer service desk? Now they make you go up to registers for returns. All for them to walk you to a different department like; makeup, perfumes/colognes. All because it’s not their “area of expertise” Huh?! I don’t understand why you can’t do a return at your register. Why do they send us to someone in another department who has no idea on how to do a return. Those employees just want to sell — they don’t care to take the time to process your return. Most times they are rude about it too. You can have the receipt present and it’s still the most difficult task in the world for them. Something that should take a minute or two turns into 20 min because they are clueless to what they’re doing. Nordstrom! Please bring back the service desk. Because whatever you have going on is ridiculous!

Hector was great always going above and beyond for us . But LuLu is something else if you want your day to be ruined make sure she steps in your conversation and tells you her opinion, and putting her employees on the spot in front of customers makes a very awkward moment .

Josh, in Men's suits, treated me like I own the place. Particularly refreshing because I am a minority and it was a refreshing interaction. Highly attentive, unusually honest, very knowledgeable of products, but more importantly followed-through on the things he said he would do.
I will be back.

This is for the Nordstrom in La Cantera. Lulu was very kind, helpful, friendly, cheerful and provided excellent service delivery. Highly recommend and will visit again with family and friends.

I was seen by Miss lulu and she was so lovely. I asked her about a million perfumes, she gave me her honest on all the perfumes and gave me a lot of samples. She was lovely!!!
