Thank you Nick and Pam! These two are amazing! They definitely took care of me purchasing a brand new vehicle for the first time (which I was dreading). Pam didn't make me feel pushed or rushed looking at different vehicles ..and dare I say..maybe even made it fun!? Nick went above and beyond to take care of me on the finance side, to get me the best deal. He took the time to explain and made sure I got everything I needed and maybe even didn't need. I never once felt taken advantage of and truly feel I got such a good deal and I love my new car. Thank you Nick, Pam and North Park Mazda for making this such an easy/great experience. I will definitely be referring anyone looking for a vehicle!

We did an extensive online search for a used car for my son. On Monday 12/11 we found a used Mazda3 at North Park Mazda, test drove it, and told our sales person; Alyssia Morrison that we wanted the car. She told us that the car needed to go through inspections and wasn't sure that she could sell us the car yet. She promised to call when the car was through its inspections and when pressed said we would hear from her by the next Monday. On Saturday 12/16 at 1:40pm I called both her cell phone and work phone numbers and left messages on each line. She called me back and said that she thought the car was ready to be sold and promised to text me with an answer. I told her that we wanted to come in on Monday to finish the purchase. At 4pm she texted me to tell me that the car was sold to someone else. Apparently our verbal agreement wasn't honored, she didn't stay on top of the cycle of inspections, and couldn't manage to pick up the phone to tell us that she had completely fallen down on her job. Terrible.. unacceptable in fact.

I recently purchased a used CX-5 the vehicle is great however, the salesmen is poor. The sales men I worked with is Muohammad Alsareinye I would highly advise you look for someone who is truly willing to help you and communicate to you. During my short time with him he had lied to me and failed to provide any data I requested during the time of the sale. This is my second vehicle I've purchased from this dealer with how I remember the sales team being its drastically different.

Went to test drive a used car on Friday, asked Michael Anderson how low he'd be willing to go , he told me to make an offer and it could then get approved or not. That same night i sent an offer , on Saturday he called me telling me to come buy the car and if there was any way i could get there to get it because he didn't know how long he could hold it for me, i tell him i'll come in in Monday and pay full cash,he says he'll save it for me. Sunday they are closed. 4:30 AM On Monday ( two days after i told him i'd buy and he said he'll save it for me) i text Michael asking when i can come and pay for the car and he tells me it's no longer available and he's reserved it for someone else that came to see it on Saturday AFTER HE CALLED AND ASKED ME TO PAY AND SAID HED HOLD IF FOR ME. I don't know if he thought i was lying about paying for the car or if he just rather sell to someone else but i find it Incredibly unprofessional to tell a buyer you're saving the car for them and then turn around and reserve it for a complete different buyer who isn't even sure they're going to be purchasing it. He then tells me he'll let me know if the deal doesn't go thru so i can buy the car and that he'll keep me updated which i doubt since he didn't even tell me he had reserved it to someone else. I feel like i got worse treatment that other customers and you'd think that someone who is advertised as an "Elite Master Certified 11yrs" would at least keep his word when it comes to making deals. I got lucky and found another car near the area with less miles for a couple more thousand dollars but the customer service and customer experience at the other dealership was complete night and day when compared to the way North Park Mazda , or at least Michael Anderson treats his customers so i'm willing to pay the up -charge. I can't talk for everyone working at the dealership since they didn't attend me but going off the interactions that i had with Michael Anderson, i can't expect that much better.

Highly dissatisfied with this company. We ordered a fender which arrived unusable. Upon reaching out to the salesman at North Park on this issue, I was told they are unwilling to help. - Carstar: Alan Conner Collision 804-748-3694

Mazdas are reliable cars. I've had Mazdas for over 20 years now but my feelings about this location are mixed. I started leasing about 10 years ago and just turned in my most recent lease. I turned it in because I did not want to go through the financial process again at this location to get a new lease. My last experience was tense and I felt the advisor was rude so I didn't want to go through that stress again. Turning in the lease was easy thankfully. You can turn your lease in early without penalty which is nice. I am now using a 2018 Mazda 3 which is owned instead of leased. I would be open to turning it in for an updated Mazda 3, however none of the cars on their lot are comparable. All the new models are built like larger hatchbacks which I don't prefer. Might be time to look elsewhere for an updated compact car. I took the car in for service yesterday and everyone was polite like they always are. However I wasn't texted when the car was ready and had to call to check on the status later that afternoon. Turns out the car had been ready since the morning and I could have picked it up earlier. It stood out in the sun until the afternoon and was 112 degrees when it pulled up! There were warnings about the screen not working well because of the temperature, warnings I had never seen before which took a while to subside. They offer free rides back and forth to work, home etc. within a certain radius when you drop off a car for service. Most of the drivers have been very friendly and polite but then one made me uncomfortable so I stopped using the service. They have a nice waiting room with TVs that is usually stocked with plenty of snacks and drinks which considerate. This location is always pristinely clean and the service here is usually courteous, my one terrible financial experience aside. Hopefully my little Mazda 3 keeps doing well until it is time to move on.

I recently bought a 2023 Mazda CX-5 Carbon from North Park Mazda. I had the best experience ever at a dealership. From the second I entered for a test drive, until I bought the vehicle, and even after. The customer service by all of the staff is impeccable and professional. My salesman, Fernando Galindo whom I contacted after seeing great reviews on him definitely delivered. From my first interaction with him, Fernando was professional and available for all questions, test drives and during the buying process. Nick Acosta in the Finance Department was also very professional and had excellent knowledge. He made the buying process seamless. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from North Park Mazda and highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful purchasing experience! I visited another dealership the day previous and was disappointed with the service I received, to the extent that I chose not to make a purchase with them. I had no problem at North Park. The dealership itself is beautiful and everyone I encountered was knowledgeable and very professional.

Last week I traded my Mazda three for a 22 Mazda, CX nine, and was helped by the best sales person, Bobby Villegas. The show room and offices were neat as always, but what I truly appreciated was the service and laid-back nature of my experience with Bobby. He listened to what I was interested in and found the perfect CX nine for my needs. I would definitely recommend North Park Mazda to anyone looking for a new or used car.

My experience was not as I imagined it would be. The sales staff needs to be more cognizant of the buyer. My saleswoman didn't know her product very well and kept getting confused on pricing and models. There was also alot of talk about her, her benefit and her commission. She mentioned many times how I was making her job difficult and there was very little focus on my needs. Nicolas in finance was rude and rushed me through the process because he wanted to go home. I felt as if I was inconveniencing him instead of him assisting me in purchasing a new car. will say that the service department has always been great, friendly and helpful. Josh is one of the reasons why took my old Mazda there for the last 12 years. I've always felt comfortable and heard and the service dept is really the main reason I wanted to purchase from them again... however the experience I encountered in the service dept did not translate to the sales dept.

North Park Mazda is amazing! I was at another dealership where took my CX9 for service, but was quoted an astronomical amount for replacing my TPMS sensors. When I found North Park Mazda provided the same service at a fraction of the cost and that they could accomodate me on a busy Saturday, I immediately drove there. Super fast service, they provided me with a nice new loaner, they were very precise in setting my expectations, and overall it was a much better experience than at the other dealership. Will come here always!

Sadly since my last review I have had a not so great experience with the Mazda products and I have been a Mazda fan since my first 2004 Mazda 3 purchased 15 years ago. Recently purchased a 2022 Mazda CX-5 in April 2022 and less than a month later the beige leather driver seat was stained. Have brought the car back several times (on my own time and dime mind you) and the only thing they did was restain the leather which still shows the stain through it. Now I sit on a towel because I'm worried for more damage. For context, I was wearing black yoga pants that were several years old and had been through the wash dozens of times already. I came to the conclusion that the vehicle either wasn't properly treated at the factory, not treated prior to purchase or they just have horrible leather quality. A friend of mine has the same leather interior in her Lexus and NEVER had this issue. Finally, what I thought was a light at the end of the tunnel because they were just going to swap out the vehicle, because truly I don't think the quality of leather is sufficient for a $36,000 vehicle and would much rather have black interior, they have me come all the way down even though I asked how it would impact me ahead of time but they were not transparent and upon arrival they tell me want to run my credit again to swap out the vehicle. So in order for Mazda to correct a defective product they are making the consumer pay?? Yea not okay. I even was willing to meet them halfway and tried to get them to get seat covers because if they can't rectify the issue, than at least I want to prevent more damage. Stopped getting response from my Sales guy so doesn't sound like they will be doing anything to rectify this. Mazda leadership doesn't care about their quality of product and they sure do not care about the consumer. The ONLY reason this is not a one star review is because Mike Anderson has done as much as he can to help me but Mazda leadership are not willing to make this right.

Leaving a review because it's rare to experience such great customer service these days! All employees in the service department were so helpful and attentive. Especially Santiago, Shawn, and the two gentlemen in the back who inspected my brakes!
