Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I love that when I call, there is actually someone on the other end. Esther has been wonderful in explaining information to me that I was not understanding. She was very patient with me and was able to guide me in the right direction.

I called to resolve in issue with my payment that was already PAID and the lady had an nasty ugly attitude over the phone she never does her job right always slacks on her shift. Closes way earlier then should and has the audacity to tell me who am I when she clearly knew who I was and calling about my insurance I stated my name in the beginning. This isnt the 1st time she's slack on her job and Just cause my man makes my payment don't mean you have to be bitter atleast I have a man who actully makes my payment YOU DONT NEED TO BE RUDE. Don't like your job...? simply just quit... no need for the ugly bitterness it's no wonder why you probably single! DO YOUR JOB OR JUST QUIT! GO WORK FOR BURGER KING WITH ALL THAT BITTERNESS

I'm here every month at opening time 9am and place is always closed ..I have to wait every time until the lady who works here arrives. Just the thought of not knowing exactly what time they will open is frustrating

The ladies that work here are the most uneducated group who know nothing about insurance! They literally go off the computer and do not explain things the way they are supposed to. My father has insurance through them and I have convinced him to switch, they “quote” him a price then the next day when he goes to pay its off by almost $100! If I could give no stars I would...stay far away from this company! My brother also had them for a month and cancelled due to them putting him down as a licensed driver when all he had was an Id, but they were quick to take his money then send him a letter to charge him more because of their mistake.

worst place ever to file your taxes they lie and charge you $385 and all they say is it is bank fees then on top of that they cheated me on my refund i turned it over to the IRS and it is being investigated i also made a report with the BBB stay far away bunch of uneducated idiots
