I can’t say enough about the professionalism and quality of work at Northside Collision. Everyone we spoke to had premium customer service and the cost of repair was very reasonable. I recommend this place as a first visit to anyone that needs repair.

Mark & his staff have repaired several of my cars. Not only did they do a great job start to finish. The way they handled the claim with State Farm company was stunning. Javier personally handled claim and was ferocious with State Farm. I learned from Javier that the Ins. companies are trained to delay & deny. He predicted what State Farm was going to do. And, he held them to task to do right by me...

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Javier and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and actually care about the customer and doing the absolute best job possible. They went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out perfectly with my car. Northside gets my highest recommendations for anyone in need of collision repair, body work, or post-repair inspections. 10 stars if I could!

Even though they didn’t fix my car they took great care of me. I am from Houston and was in an accident with no where to go. They took me to the local mall to hang out and shop until my wife got there to pick me up. I was able to leave my car over night until my insurance was able to tow it to the other repair shop. I forgot my keys and Mr Mark took time to make sure I got them by mailing them to me. They made me feel like there are still good people in the world.

My daughter’s car was totaled by an inebriated driver. Mark and Brian held our hands through the insurance adjuster journey and made a horrific accident a positive experience. These guys really love their jobs and it shows by how they treat their customers. I’m so thankful that my mind was working after midnight that fateful night and I had the tow truck take the car straight to Northside. These guys gave me faith in humanity again. Thank you.

Had an insurance claim and ended up not getting repairs done here because USAA wouldn't allow it. These men were upfront, honest, and helpful with everything I needed. They even suggested which shop I go to from USAA's approved list. They gave me a short list and estimate for repairs and told me they only use NEW and OEM parts. No aftermarket, used, cheap stuff. They're personable, relatable, and make sure you're comfortable with all decision that are being made. At least from my experience. Giving them 5 stars for their professionalism and dedication to my situation that they ended up not having to service due to outside factors. Thanks again.

They are very nice when you show up just somehow forget to follow up with you. Its going on two weeks later to talk about the work done because that person that was helping me was on vacation. So no one else can talk to you if your person is on vacation so you have to trust your car is ready when clearly mine wasn’t. Why is this screw sticking out!?! OMG so not happy. If they were even a little less nice, I would’ve given them one star. It’s about repairing your vehicle not wondering why screws are coming loose to a new bumper. 🤦🏽♀️

This place is hands down the best business to take your vehicle to for repairs. Everyone is professional from the office staff to the people in the shop. I had extensive hail damage on my vehicle and found them due to reading google reviews of different places. And the reviews were spot on! Don’t hesitate on letting them fix your ride up , you won’t regret it 😎

Northside collision was absolutely amazing. Not only did they make me aware of the conversations had with the insurance adjuster that did not make sense, but they were also able to provide me with expert advice on what to do in my particular situation. I would 100% recommend them to anybody. The owner was extremely knowledgeable, his son was extremely customer service-oriented, and Bryan was one of the best agents I've ever heard from providing with me with advice as an adjuster and as a collision repair specialist. 5 stars would recommend to anyone.

We had our 2023 Hyundai Palisade repaired after a head-on collision. The car was in rough shape. Mark and Javier made sure it was repaired correctly, and yes they will go to bat for you and make sure the Insurance company pays to repair it to Factory standards. The multi-location shops that work for the insurance companies will put Aftermarket and Used Parts on your brand-new vehicle, Northside will put OEM, and not let them get away with shortcuts. Northside makes sure that all the extra stuff that needs to be done, such as Error scanning and calibrations is done according to the manufacturer. Thank you for the awesome Job, the car drives better than it did before the accident.
