I went in to exchange a new pair of prescription glasses and was very impressed with how informative the staff was and how fast the process with the exchange went. I would highly recommend visiting this location.

Jaiden was extremely helpful. I cannot express how amazing his customer service was. He explained the promotion, then after I changed (husband really) my mind, he was willing to reverse and redo the transaction. I have not had customer service like that since pre-COVID. Thank you

This shop is way more than just sunglasses! I went in for some back-to-school shopping for my high school son and we walked out with multiple sets to wear. Love the many options.

Jaiden was very helpful and patient in helping me order prescription sunglasses; and even helped remake the lenses for free after I had my prescription changed, after wearing the new sunglasses for a week.

Four stars because they only had one colorway on the shades I was looking for (Clifden). Had to order over the phone with one of their helpful sales associates, Felix I think was his name.
