Highly disappointed with the staff and manager at this location today. Placed an order for a banner for graduating seniors to be picked up. I arrive after the time it was to be ready and they never worked on my order. Manager Caesar just said sorry we are always super busy so it didn’t get done but could do it for me by tomorrow after 5! I told him if they would have just called and stated they wouldn’t complete it today I could have transferred it to another store to be done. Very poor customer communication and service all around.

Such poor service. 4 employees. 1 running the printing area by herself and not 1 of the other 3 ask if she needed any help smh. Such team work.

Customer service today was horrible from the moment I walked in the girl at the copy and print was rude I can tell she body language and facial expression were not welcoming. I was waiting there with no other people in line for about 10 minutes before she helped me. She let me know she didn’t get a email I said ok I’ll send again very passive and walked off. Waited another few minutes she came back did let me know if she received the email or didn’t even ask how May copy’s I needed just printed it put it on the counter and walked alway. I said you didn’t ask how many copy’s I needed very rude I said I need 2. She printed the other one and put in on the counter and said you can leave now. I told her shes not going to dismiss me. I told her she is customer service her job is to talk to people she said she’s or customer service she’s copy and print her said you talking to customers all day you are customer service she’s knew she was wrong that why she didn’t say anything after that. Always copy and print at Office Depot never had a problem with anyone at this location first time running into a pro here. Didn’t get her name but she needs to be retrained in her customer service.she did not make me pay after that she was probably to mad to take my money.

I will not go to any Office Depot anymore. Last week, I ordered and created 250 business cards online. However, I was seeking an earlier pickup date than the original so I went in-store to see if I could get the shipping expedited. A lady at the printer area for this location tried to help me. So she canceled my original order and reordered the cards in-store so I could try to get the cards sooner. I did not want to do this unless I knew I would still keep the original design and the number of cards the same, which I informed her of. The lady informed me that it would not mess with the image or the number of cards. The price did go up, which I did not have a problem with, as long as my order was correct. When I looked at the purchase order in my email after already paying, I realized that the number of cards changed from 250 each to only 50 each, so I did not complain and just accepted what was done since I already paid. The cards were supposed to be ready on August 28, 2024, but I never received a confirmation for pick up, so I called today (8/29/24) asking if my order was ready. A lady at the printer station informed me they messed up on my cards and added a white border around them, which they realized was not supposed to be there, so my order is now prolonged once again AND I paid more for less cards because of another mess up on the workers. I tried to be patient, but I will not recommend any Office Depot for printing, business cards, etc. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE!

Used to come here when in a hurry and on the run to get copies printed signed and so on with their convenient self service printing but it has been out of service for months and now everyone needs to wait in line . Terrible management. ??

No printing services available til 9am which I drove 20min to get printing services so this this need to be addressed on website so customers are not driving out of their way for services available til certain time. So disappointed. Plus restrooms are trash…dirty no toilet paper, just trashy.

I utilized the "print the same day" online options, AND I submitted the order for 50 business cards at 11pm for a 6pm next day pick up. That's fine. Ok. I get a call at 3pm next day telling me there's issues with the printer and my order was sent to the next Office Depot 5 miles out the way. My order wasn't ready until 8:50pm. At this point Office Depot needs to get rid of the "print the same day" option because it's a scam.
