I called this morning to ask about getting some tickets printed. A guy by the name of David told me to put in an order online and that would give me a more accurate calculation since he can’t see what it is, he couldn’t help me but the starting price was .84 cents a sheet. So I ventured to the website and could not find where exactly it said tickets, so I called again and again spoke with David. This time telling that if I am ordering them online that it takes 7 days!! Tell me why, didn’t he tell me this earlier!! It would of save me time. This is an unacceptable thing to do! This is a person that does not care if yall get business or not!! Smh!! Please retrain him!! He needs it!!

Just had a horrible experience with the"print supervisor" and had to pry getting help and or suggestions as to why i wasn't able to place my printing order online. Just kept saying you can come in and place your order. The whole point was to place the order online and have it ready for pick up. I finally suggested maybe I should fry in my laptop rather than my phone and she said " us you can try that". Gonna go try that.

I needed to print out PDF's from my phone and Elisa at the counter was extremely knowledgeable about everything. Office Depot is lucky to have this employee. Thank you very much.

Never have I experienced such rudeness unprofessionalism from the employees. No floor management available. They ruined my awards because they could not understand what I was asking when I would ask for them to cut my stuff into an 8 by 10 to fit an 8 by 10 picture frame I went every day this week because they kept on ruining my images that I had printed out if you're going to hire young kids you need to teach them how to work the machines or whatever it is that they do and teach them to be courteous to the customers having to go back every single day because my awards did not come out the way I wanted them to I wasted my time and my money I suggest no one go to this location because it's not worth it

Tried to use the self service printer. Stood there for a long while before the printer alerted it needed assistance with paper.
Went to another one, Steven came over and I tried to explain what happened. He pushed the bottom tray closed and made blatant faces to imply that I wasn’t making sense. Why? I went to go and find him so I I can speak to a manager. Turns out he is the manager. My 3 year old daughter and I were not rude about it. But he made sure to make me feel stupid and walked away mumbling under his breath.
I asked him his name on the way out and he was still confrontational. Why? Super sad Steven. We will never come back here.

***Update** called corporate- The first rep hung up on me after i waited for 18 mins on hold to speak to her. The second rep Rachel was a little more helpful. But tried to downplay my complaint. It was a “so you’re complaining because he was rude?” Type of vibe. My answer was, yes. That behavior should never be tolerated, especially by the store manager. Steven should resign if he’s unhappy in his position.

Well stocked store, lots of products to choose from. Never saw employees to answer questions I had on printers, so I ended up going to Best Buy. Lots of parking. I would buy office supplies if needed from here though.
