I sent my assistant in to buy a pack of 110lb Neenah card stock and she accidently bought the 65lb card stock. I went back in the next week to swap it out, un-opened, same price, but couldn't find the receipt. They attempted to give me a refund for $9 and change, and then charge me the retail price of $26.99, because I didn't have my receipt. I then spoke to the manager about it and he just shrugged me off like "well, that's policy attitude". That's insulting! They would have been better off just saying they don't take returns than offer me $9 for what i had just paid $26.99 for! That's pathetic! I've shopped here for over 20 years and now that comes to a screeching halt! Won't be back!

Tania “print supervisor” today at 9:45 was very rude I was in line to have some prints and other customer arrive she start attending other customers. Getting me on the side she said just wait until finish with him that no even fair I told her I was first in. The end she finish the process n when she give me the documents print was still rude n slaps saying yeah the desk here u go but w a bad attitude is this a racism problem ?Office Depot cause latina n she is Caucasian cause she veas very nice to the other customers n they were causcasian people

After giving the Store Rep my Delivery address 3 times, the item was still sent to my residence and not my business address. I had already missed out on my 10% because he did not know how to give me that discount and he could not get anyone else on the register because they were crazy busy that day. So he said to come another day to get the 10% off. What a mess from the moment I stepped in the door. - NOw I am stuck trying to find someone to take this box to my office . and pay someone else for this error that Office Depot Made.

I had to print my wedding programs for our church ceremony last minute and Johana was amazing! She helped us with printing, making sure the pages we needed were in order and was so helpful and patient the whole time! She provided us with a great discount too- she made a stressful situation so easy and flawless! We walked out of the store with all of our programs folded and stapled within 30 minutes. Thank you!

I received immediate service. I had bought the wrong HP ink cartridge and the employee instantly took me to the general display and located the correct cartridge. Checkout was equally smooth and easy. Over the years, I have found this sort of friendly, efficient service typical.

People that work here in the morning suck all they do is stand around and don't even ask if you need help with anything. It was my first time using their self printing machine and I honestly had no clue what I was doing I went to ask a couple of questions and it seemed like an inconvenience for her for me to even ask. I just gave up trying to print what I was trying to print because I was not being offered any help. Don't go here.

Great customer service!!! This location has to be the best office max that I've been to thus far. The staff there are amazing, and I specifically want to thank Janelle and Joanna for their exceptional customer service, friendliness and knowledge.Me and my husband have been constantly going back and forth to many different office max's in quest of getting the perfect prints for my husband.We literally spent almost an hour in office max trying to print everything we needed and Janelle was so patient and so kind, and even helped us better size the prints for our frames.Joanna was just as patient and kind as well and even gave me further recommendations and idea for our prints.Even though in my opinion, this is the best office max I've been to thus far, I still would have to give this location a four out of five stars because of a certain staff member. When I went to get more prints done from my husband I was attended by an employee name John P., who was extremely rude and unprofessional and it was very apparent that I caught him at the time where he was almost off his shift. Not only did he misquoted me the wrong price because he didn't want to check it on the computer, he also said I would be charge just for a sample print. I was so displeased with his service that I waited for the next staff member, which was Joanna, because John was unprofessional.All in all, I still have to say that my experience at this office max is still by far the best, and I highly recommend Janelle and Joanna.
