Went in to have an email printed so I could make copies. It was only 2:30pm and the girl said she was not taking anymore work as they had to much. She proceeded to tell me to print myself. I wouldn’t have if there wasn’t 4 people waiting for a code. Her response was our internet sucks. Wow how unprofessional. After waiting 40 minutes and no code I went to talk to the manager and of course she was rude and of no help again complaining that it was not her fault either. You think she being the manager she would have at the very least gone to see why no one had received a code. I was warned about this location and now it makes sense. Will NEVER go there again. 👎🏻

This clerk is so unprofessional, I only needed to make a copy of the front and back of my ID, but she charged me for three copies?

This is for all the Office Depots. We bought 8 chair mats. They look of very good quality. There also not cheap. There $99.00 each. I am attaching two pictures. Two mats weren't bad to unwrap and make flat. The third mat was very difficult to go flat. The mat was wrapped so tight. Making the mat impossible to get flat. I don't know how we're going to get the other mats to lie flat. I don't know whose bright idea this was to have these mats wound so tightly! I can guess it's to save store space! They sure weren't thinking of the customer! The trouble they would go through trying to unwind these mats. There should be a warning label on these mats! To install these mats don't buy them if you're a senior citizen!

When to get a print was told to email them then get the code then ask how to do it she said there the printer follow the directions and didn't get my picture just frustrated with them.

The attention is terrible, the girls who attend never want. Help you, now to print or make copies they put you some machines where you must do self-service, I have more than 30 minutes waiting for only 1 person is printing a book, only one machine serves the line is of 7 people waiting and the young woman refuses to attend at the counter is forcing us to use the machine.
They have 4 machines and only serve 1. And if the person who uses it has a lot to print we have to wait all the time in the world to just get a copy

Last week while shopping in the store next door to Office Depot, I realized I could get a copy of a document quickly there instead of driving to my usual copy place Minuteman Press where I spent several years providing marketing services. While waiting in line I sent a pdf file to the email on their instructions. I noticed all 3 of their print machines were idle. They told me they couldn’t do it until the next day because they were busy. All machines were idle. I opted to use a self service copy but after 3 tries the emailed code was not being sent back. I asked their employe if they could help and mentioned that I noticed all machines behind the counter were idle. “I’m with a customer and we are very busy…when I’m done I’ll help you” was the response. There was only one customer at the counter. Suddenly another woman employee approached me. I told her the issue and she stated “listen, I have no control over the internet or the weather, have a nice day sir”. I mentioned that their machines had all been idle, including the large format printer, during the entire time I had been there and that they could have taken 30 seconds to print one copy since they had already received my emailed file. “That’s not the way it works…we have 14 orders ahead of you, have a nice day sir!” And all the machines were still idle as I walked out. Incompetence ruled!

What should have been a quick in and out print job turns into a 30 minute wait for an associates to come fill up the paper at the self check out. The workers are no where to be found

Horrible Customer Service experience, especially with printing something out. It took me like half an hour to print four copies. Coming up with excuses like we have over Fifty online Orders waiting to be printed so we’re not able to help you till 5pm and self printing services needed a reboot no one helped everyone was ignoring me it was crazy store was not busy manager Shouldn’t be a manager doesn’t know what she’s doing or maybe lied to me that she was a manager because I couldn’t believe shes the manager Hopefully corporate gets to see this because everybody is very unprofessional and do not want to help.

Went to get a picture printed 11x11 which I wanted on 11x17 paper and cut off the rest. I was told to come back after 5 which is super not convenient since I live 15 miles away. When I went back I had a 8x11 print. I could have done that on my printer. I can’t use that size. The fact I have to wait hours for One print is ridiculous, I want it printed Jen so they get it right. Never coming back to the Getto Office Depot.

Crappy customer service. Store was empty and I walk in asking for 8 copies and they want to make me wait 45 min for 8 prints? Ladies at the print desk didn’t even acknowledge me when I first arrived and stood at the designated wait area for someone to attend me, both ladies saw me and ignored me. Then when I ask for help they seemed bothered and wanna make me wait 45 min for 8 print outs??? It’s Office Depot, not a doctors office.

If there was a “0” rating that’s what I would give.
I use this location at least once a week or more as I hold an ODB account.. However, there is always an issue with my online orders. It’s not ready when I’ve received a message that it is, they can’t find it or it’s printed incorrectly. I could go on and on.
To make matters worse, the manager, William isn’t much help and frankly lacks acumen to be a manager: He tends to make excuses for the issues but makes no effort to correct an issue. On Monday, I placed an online and received a message that it was ready. I arrived and It wasn’t anywhere, I returned a day later. This time I inquired and asked for it to be completed. so I could pick up, It never was. I called and spoke to some young lady who put me on three different times. I asked for a manager (her name slips me)I to call me back and make arrangements to have it completed. She agreed but never did anything . The next day I called the store and spoke to Bill at length. He assured me it would be taken care of it. But he didnt.
I called AGAIN and spoke with Alexis who is the best. She represents the leadership that this location lacks. in fact if it wasn’t for Alexis, my order would’ve never have been completed. Alexis is professional, courteous and an exhibits the qualities of a leader. This is not the first time that Alexis has stepped in. She cares about making things right and does what she says she’s going to do. Alexis is much better suited to be the manager.
Perhaps then, things would change as the service now provided is a reflection of management and that would be Mr. Bill.
Look at the recent ratings for the last year, it’ll give you an idea of how he is doing. But wait, don’t call the regional manager, as I have done that He never returns calls either.

It's a pain in the back to print anything yourself in store. Struggled for more time than I care to explain, so I left and bought a printer at Walmart.

Horrible Experience w TSA process at this location. This morning my wife and I had back to back appts for TSA pre check. Arriving at the store there’s no signage and only see 1 employee working the business center (no employees at check out) so we stand in line a long line. 20 mins later when we get to the counter. We are told by the only employee, working the counter, that the manager has to do it. When the manager arrives she asks our appointment times and by this time they had past and she wouldn’t do it. She said we were too late. I explained we waited in the long line and she says ‘no you didn’t, I walked by and didn’t see you’! Poor customer service and no empathy by the manager, don’t go to this store!!Customers trying to get print work done also waited quite a while and some walked out.

They DON'T do same day printing and don't tell you when your order is done. Long long lines and not enough employees.
