My husband who is Spanish speaking went o get his temporary license plate laminated today at this location, same location we have done so the past two months. Now he let me know when he went they were very short with him, made derogatory comments about him, and were not willing to help claiming it is a government document and cannot be laminated. I called spoke with Ian, I let him know the situation and he would email me the regulations about this. He denied derogatory comments, but I said it was also the tone you and your associate used, and your unwillingness to help. He never once apologized, never once stated they would work on improving their customer service skills, but instead became defensive and tried to make it seem that my husband was making it all up.

Absolutely, horrible service. The girl who works the print desk, her name is Simone. She will refuse to help you and tell you that she’s too busy and overworked. When I contacted the store manager, she told me to call corporate because they have no payroll to hire anyone else to help in the store lol wow

Tonight i had a terrible experience at the store at 1604 , 78258 , i was treated with the most disrespectful and humiliating attitude for one of the employee over there, to the point I felt if was say something , he will be ready to hit me, i just want to say that i have been visiting the same store for more the 5 years for the wonderful customer service.

3 days for 3 single copies … no thanks ! go to fed ex, all kind of paper sizes and texture and they just take long when you have a long order .

And surprised no ink in it
Very difficult time to return it all received was a corporate customer service number
Very unprofessional.

Be very careful, I arrived to make copies and a boy near the door greeted me and told me what I needed, I told him I needed some copies, he asked me what and I gave him some Mexican birth certificates and he told me that I couldn't make photocopies of "this kind of trash" I told him why not? He told me that he would have to ask his manager for authorization and he took them and I told him that he couldn't take them because they were important documents and he reluctantly handed them to me. After a while he came back and told me to give them to me. I asked him that I needed them in letter size and a copy of my passports as well, to give me 2 copies of each one please. court service and a "full service" that I don't know what it was, I was very upset but I didn't say anything at all for 2 dollars more it wasn't worth exposing myself to another mistreatment.
I don't want to think that it was racism, I'm going to think that it was bad customer service, but just in case, take precautions.
I will not return to this store, it is a fact.

Can’t say enough great things about Craig Simpson helping me in the printing department. He was gracious, patient, helpful and a quick problem solver. Next level customer service. Had a very memorable experience because of him and notice that he treats all customers this way.

Sean was a very helpful salesperson. He went out of his way to be sure he was helping us. He was polite, nice and kind to us. He displayed very good manners. It was a welcomed treat for us to be waited on in this manner.

Pay your staff more money so you can keep good people. Staff your store so your customers can receive service. I waited at the register for 5+ minutes to checkout before I went to the printing services area for service. The staff member there sent me back to the register to wait some more. Two staff members on the floor to run the whole store. No wonder big-box stores are struggling.

The specific Office Depot I had ordered copies from online was supposed to have my copies ready by 5:00 pm the next day. I came around 6:00 pm— an hour before closing— and not only were my copies not printed, but one of the staff members also had the gall to make a snide remark about there "typically being an e-mail that you get that tells you it's ready".
As if I obviously didn't already know that? I would have never received the email for my copies as it looked like they would have never gotten printed then by the two employees working in a completely customerless store at the time, and I would have needed to wait yet another day for the copies that were quite time-sensitive.
My copies were later printed by the Print Center inside when I inquired about them, but it was very apparent that they wouldn't have gotten printed before closing if I did not show up that day. I later had more copies printed twice by a different Office Depot after placing another online order and not only were they printed in an extremely timely manner, one of the copies was printed within about an hour of sending in the order. So every problem from the first online order I had placed was caused exclusively by this particular Office Depot, which I doubt I'll be returning to again.

While Preston did a great job helping me
The manager kept stopping the project I was trying to finish while on my lunch break
They only have one guy capable of doing their job
If “everyone must be served” than they should really have more than 1 person helping people rather than blaming customers and managers having attitude and speaking down to his employee that is helping so disrespectfully
I was late going back to work.
If they had given us 5 minutes of the last 30 I was there I would’ve finished and left space for everyone
