Store has been closed for an emergency since last Friday. My package is being held hostage with no information as to when they will be open again. I would not recommend sending anything shipped to this store. Since waiting outside 6 other customers have come and gone. This is an affluent neighborhood with plenty of customers that will find someone else to take their money. Understand emergencies but inform your customer when you will return. That's the courteous and professional way to run a business. I recommend UPS or USPS.

As I don't ship large packages too frequently, I haven't had many experiences with the FedEx center but had two key visits recently (one would be a 1 star experience while the other was a 5 star). On the first visit, I was returning a package to a business. The package was part of an identity fraud case, so I was "returning to sender" in order for it to be removed from my account. I had only received it because the office staff at my apartment complex recognized my name (as the address was the other individuals) so it was very lucky. I brought it to FedEx to return and they said they would handle it. Imagine how surprised I was when my office called and said the same package had been redelivered and asked what I wanted to do. The FedEx staff had not relabeled the package and just sent it out- unacceptable. After that, I took my package to another FedEx location as this was important. (1 Star Experience) On my second visit, I was returning a laptop to my employer and had everything pre labeled / ready-to-go. When I walked in, the staff was super friendly and bubbly and happy to help. The woman working quickly scanned it, got me a receipt and everything was taken care of. Next day, I received confirmation that my package was delivered. This was a fantastic experience because of how quickly I was helped and the job was done as expected (5 Star Experience). Overall, it seems like this business is improving and has hired better employees in the more recent times. Next time I use them, I'll provide an update!

I came to drop off a prepaid package and I was out of there in less than 3 minutes. I saw lots of packing materials, bestseller books, and office machines for faxing, copies, and printing needs. The employee was knowledgeable and courteous. I would return.

I had them pack stereo equipment, computer and monitor equipment. Thrown in box, equipment on face of monitor screen. Boxes broken and thrown around. Monitor hanging out of box. Damage to everything fragile. Disappointing. Paid good money and discussed the packing. Paid extra for packing I would have done better.

I'm in sales and I have used FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers all across the country. I wish I could duplicate this center everywhere. Every time I go in the staff is friendly and helpful specially Paula B. She is so knowledgeable and willing to help and she is extremely professional and pleasant to work with. It's definitely not a drag to go into this location to get some work done. I commend them all for great customer service.

STAY CLEAR OF FEDEX AND THIS STORE. Shipped a package through this store with a eBay created shipping label at $45 and was charged $192 for unknown reasons in the end. The staff here was very condescending and made a costly mistake that is nearly impossible for me to resolve on my end.

This is the only Fed Ex Location I ever have trouble at. The general attitude of the people here especially Paula is unacceptable. Today I went to ship a package, I brought my package material with me she charged me $12 for a box without telling me in advance. For me to get a refund on that charge I have to submit the information to Fed Ex. Her attitude is so unhelpful I will never go to this location again. I have had an account with Fed Ex for over 25 years and this is the only place the employees are unhelpful.

Shawn is an employee here and so awesome. He was incredibly patient and helpful. We were being difficult and picky with a bound document that needed to be sent out at the last minute. Excellent customer service, thank you, Shawn!

Went in today, 4/24 at 11:06 am. Only one person working (a new girl). Barely acknowledged me and kept working with a customer that was requiring extensive assistance. I simply came to pick up a package. At 11:19, another employee walked in and finally at 11:21, I was assisted. My transaction took 1 minute and 19 seconds from addressing me to me asking if I was good to go. Fedex wasted 15 minutes of my time and didn't even bother to ask what I was there for. Here are 2 tips: 1) learn situational awareness. 2) learn how to multi-task. I will never do business here again. What a joke.
