The staff and service were fast and excellent. However, the curbside sign that says to “park here” is blocking the driving lane and I had someone who was so upset that I had to park there and wait for two minutes, causing him to wait that he blasted his horn for 30 seconds, then when I got my order, they followed me home for 20 minutes, flashing their brights and honking. Speeding through lights and stop signs.
I had to get police involved, all because of a curbside pickup order.
They should consider having curbside park in the parking lot and not literally at curbside, blocking traffic. What happened isn’t technically the companies fault, but it was a dangerous and scary situation. If I need an order curbside, I go elsewhere now.

I had a rough day today. Already stressed at work, I went to change the ink in my printer and the brand new toner busted and spread ink all over the place. I figured both the drum and cartridge were toast, which would set me back somewhere around $300. By the time I reached the register here I was fuming mad. The two employees at the front desk were extremely patient and helpful with me. I'm sure I acted like a jerk in the beginning of that interaction, but thanks to the staff I was laughing by the end of it. I ended up not needing to buy a drum, which was a huge relief as that is the more expensive item. The staff here made my day a little better and I just wanted to write this to say thank you for that.

This store never has any inventory. I have to order everything online. I am also not overwhelmed with the service.

Man with the glasses, curly long hair that smelled heavily of body odor working the cash register was RUDE !!!!!!!! He needs customer service training.

Clean well stocked store with good selection and inventory. Has a complete selection of office and computer services too. We use the shipping service. Quick and easy. Nice folks.

Office Max is the only stationary store nearby. It's usually poorly stocked. Staples is much better stocked.
