Hello! Good morning!! The worst store I have ever visited, those who work there are the most rude people there are, the terrible service seems like they work without enthusiasm, they owed you the money at the copier and they don't return the one you didn't use, the next day I called them and they hung up on me twice, horrible service, they should take action, thank you.

I'm not sure how this company comes up with their prices but I can say I see why they are having financial trouble. Went to get some inkjet transparency film. They wanted $50 for a 50 pack. I looked them up on Amazon they were $13.99 for 50 pack, exactly the same thing and would be delivered the next morning. No way getting something right now is worth more than three times the amount.

Says takes fedex packages. Refuses fedex package. Wasted my time in line for nothing. Take sign down if you don't accept packages to be shipped. Went out of my way for this

Came to get flyers printed for a client… I gave the order in person with clear direction followed by an email.
After picking them up, I asked to see if I could use the business membership I paid for a few months back hoping it would help in any way.
After asking to use the business select for the order. The employee that didn’t take the initial order handed me a newer Invoice that was doubled. Somehow the order went from $70 to $138 for 50 flyers on gloss and 40 flyers on stock. (2 on each page)
I initially asked for the stock flyers to have 3 on 1 sheet since they were narrow. Which would have cut the price down significantly. Yet still was charged for 40 pages of stock.
Either way no estimate was given during the order, and the double in price jump along with having to ask get the flyers cut makes me wonder what was the point of the membership purchase.
Overall the experience of “We’re not accountable for lack of communication by employees” and a hole in my pocket with uneven cut flyers made me realize I’d be better off just printing online through Canva or another online source for half the price with clarity and estimates given before fulfilling the order.

False advertising, I saw a price on line for HP cartridges for 93.68 at your store, when I get there the price is for 109, this is the second time this happens. That means all customers that do not see the Office Depot/Max website, will be charged $16.00 extra. That is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service at this location. Please train your employees at the print station/department. They are so rude and clearly I am not the only one who thinks so based on some of these comments. I came here twice (May 4 & 5) and both times the employees don't even acknowledge you or bother to say "we will be right with you". Finally when they bothered to acknowledge me I get "what do you need" LOL ok girl. I'll be going somewhere else. We only came here because Cassandra used to work here and she was the best.

This place has the worse unprofessional people working there. Every time I go in there to drop off a fedex package I have a long wait and they ignore me until I ask for help. Then they act pissed off like I'm bothering them! I am reporting this to FEDEX. I wouldn't do business with them

I left without being given my impressions, the service is terrible. They kept me waiting for 15 minutes and then told me that I had to wait 30 more minutes to deliver what I had sent by mail. The bureaucracy in this place is great. I just had to send it to print and that's it, and they couldn't do it even though I explained that I needed them urgently. I will not return to this place and I do not recommend it either. They should have staff with quality service and good attention.

The print department has been closed for months now. I just arrived to buy some office supplies and the lights were out, no sign on the door, and no employees inside. It looks like the whole store is just closed (when the store hours state they should be open at 2pm), and it’s unclear if it’s a temporary issue or not. You would presume a manager would at least tape a notice to the doors. Regardless, never coming back to this chronically understaffed location again.

Same day printing service? Not at this location. Everytime I've been here there's absolutely no one shopping in this store. Went in yesterday to check on my order and was told there's only two people there and there hasn't been any printing services for 2 days but assured me my order would be ready today. They're closed today... Like why is customer service so difficult?! Looking for a way to cancel my order.
