The customer service here is top notch! The employee that assisted me never once rushed me or gave me a side eye, even though I arrived right at closing! She was the most helpful rep that I’ve encountered.

This is by far one of the dirtiest, nastiest stores I’ve ever been in. Floors were dirty, bathroom was disgusting, and product was all over the place. To top it off, I was in the store for 15 minutes wanting to purchase a bookcase and I was never approached by a single employee. In fact, I counted a total of one employee and she was stationed at the front cash register. Following in the footsteps of many other customers, I will be taking my business and money to a competitor. The leadership of this store, and OfficeMax overall, need to get it together and figure out how to provide a better customer experience or you will continue to lose customers and revenue.

Typically the checkout experience is an annoyance or, at best, a non-event. My last OfficeMax checkout was very atypical because of Miss Luci. Miss Luci was pleasant, courteous, warm, friendly, always smiling, and professional. Miss Luci made my day!

Slow service. Employees seem occupied with tasks other than helping customers. Any old tech is off their radar. They do have lots of stuff but for some reason I’m usually trying to find stuff they don’t have.

As shown in picture I needed this invite printed. I purchased this invite on Etsy and edited myself. After paying I get a call 10min later from a jerk (so rude on the phone) who said they can’t print my invitations because it was copyright…I called staples right after they told me they would be more than happy to do my invites!Forever lost my business ✌?

Their network is always down. And when it is working, something is always wrong with their print services. Never reliable. Call before you arrive to make sure they can print your request.

Office Max is apparently on a campaign to understaff their stores.Employees were attentive , knowledgeable and professional, just not enough people to service the customers in the store - and it was not particularly busy.

Jose the supervisor was dishonest and basically lied to me about trying to help. Will definitely shop at another Office Max Office Depot store than at Alamo Ranch

Worst experience ever for in store invitations. Were not printed when promised. Had to call to find out when they would be ready and was told "oh, we'll print them now". Picked them up and the associate is having to shove the invite into the envelope. All the invites are too small for the envelope, you have to rip the envelope open to see the invite. I attempted to chat with customer service to let them know and they said "not our area". This was such a waste of time, money and convenience.(You can see in the picture how tight the invite is in the envelope, there is no space.)

Associate was very helpful. He immediately looked up the item I needed and found it for me.My only complaint was long wait at the register because there was a line and only one person checking out.Store was neat and clean.

Staff is horribly RUDE, they don’t care at all.Richard will have you sitting there for 20 mins without telling you they didn’t get the email for your prints until you ask him.

I received fantastic customer service today by two staff members. One young gentleman helped me with the self service copier. Next I had a staff member go above and beyond to find the right staples from my very old stapler. Both were friendly & helpful.
