“Went 03 November for an oil change. From start to finish on the stop watch, it took 7 minutes and 21 seconds.
I watched the entire operation.. they were quick, efficient, and got the job done.
I did 2 days of research..because this is the first time I have had someone do my oil change…simply because this is a 2025 Chrysler Pacifica and I want everything annotated so there will never be a warranty issue. Usually, change my own oil on our vehicles..
After 2 days of research, I came up with Master Lube.

I didn’t find anything bad other than from like 5 years ago. All were good!! This place is straight and to the point. They aren’t pushy whatsoever.

“I had a great car-buying experience working with Fermín Benítez at North Park Volkswagen. We were specifically looking for our future family car, a Volkswagen Atlas, and Fermín found us an amazing deal on an amazing vehicle. From the very beginning, he was extremely friendly, transparent, and on top of every detail. He made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process, clearly explained everything about the vehicle, and presented other options without ever being pushy or trying to steer us toward something that didn’t fit our needs.
I’m based in California, so buying a car out of state was new for us, but Fermín truly went above and beyond and acted as our eyes on the car.
