Clean, organized, but cashier not so friendly

Unfortunately the service experience that I received at this store was different than the experience that I have received at the other stores. However, I am not surprised because the person that check me out was the lead. If this is the customer service that seems to be acceptable to someone in management, what can be expected from the staff. Lead was defensive and argued that transaction was processed once, when it actually was processed twice, and by the time I left the store, one of the transactions was cancelled and credited back to my account. Service is about building relationships with customers so that they keep on coming back. It is crucial in the retail business to have the right team to deliver outstanding service.

Old Navy had very personable and helpful staff. They also had a great selection. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their clothes.

Went in to make a return from an online order, and had no issues. The employee was friendly and helpful and the transaction was quick and simple.

Great deals, purchased clothes for a teenager and 3 adults. Military discount was given, sales associates very nice and helpful.

Clean store. It was very busy and the line for the fitting rooms was long. I was shopping for girls clothes for school, need more option for pants with no holes in them.
