Terrible customer service, the employees have way too much attitude and aren't educated about the credit card that they sell. They give dirty looks to almost everyone, it's no wonder I rarely shop here. Disappointing. We are also very aware of what time the store closes, stop reminding your customers every 5 seconds.

The store is well kept, the prices are good for what you're getting and most of all the staff were really sweet! Definitely worth going.

Shocked at the customer service in this one. I came in to exchange a gift WITH a gift receipt because of sizing and they accused ME of re-returning the product, that it was marked in their computer as already having been returned with NO further explanation to me. I explained that it was not me -- this was a GIFT and here is the gift receipt. The person then confiscated the product, put it in the bin behind the counter and would not give it back! No refund or choice to select anything else. There was no point in arguing! I left very upset.

The Old Navy in the Quarry Market area is hands-down the most organized one I've visited. Navigating the clearance rack was a breeze, and even amidst the busy holiday season, the store remained impressively clean. The staff were not only happy but also incredibly helpful. A top-notch shopping experience!
