The customer service here is the worst I’ve experienced anywhere in years! I don’t ever even shop in old navy and I gave it a shot and instantly regretted it! I did not and will not ever step foot or purchase anything in this store. As I walked in a young boy standing in the women section folding clothes just looked and me did not greet me and just gave a miserable face. I then asked another girl a question that was folding clothes in the men’s section and she was just as miserable and unpleasant as the little boy in the front. Im sorry if these little retail jobs don’t pay much so maybe thats why these kids are hired and are miserable while working it still does not make it acceptable to act this way to customers especially when im not being rude or unpleasant to begin with. Management should really train employees properly and do a better job at hiring people that truly want to be working for the company.

My mother and I were recently shopping at this location and were assisted by this lovely soul named Noah! Noah was patient and kind as my mother and I scrambled to find our old navy cash to complete our purchases. Thank you Noah for being so kind and helpful! I hope Old Navy realizes what a great employee they have 😊

Came looking for a dress and the staff was super helpful! I didn’t leave with the dress cause I didn’t like how it fit however there was a gentleman who was working in the dressing room and he seemed to be having a hard day. He kept apologizing but was so sweet and really did his best to help me. I didn’t get his name, but if he reads this, thank you for helping me and being so kind! I hope things got better for you! Thank you old navy staff as well!

This place is running a scam. The cashier charged me for three extra items that were large totaling $150. Thank God I got my refund after I ran in the store frantically when I noticed that it was on my receipt. There is no way I should've got charged for three extra items in a large when I wear an extra small. I'm pretty sure the cashier just charged the three items for herself and hoped that I wouldn't notice. Don't make the same mistake that I did. Double check your receipt when you're leaving!!

Awful experience. Last night, i bought clothes for myself and my son. A lady at the counter told me of you apply for Old Navy Credit card, we will give you 50% discount. She took all the information and applied. When i asked for the discount, she called her Manager. The Manager told me,”we are sorry for the inconvenience but if you get approve until Monday for credit card then we can give you discount otherwise I am sorry.” I was like What the hell, your cashier told me that you will get discount right away. This is how they deceive customers.I will never go to this shop again and please be aware of this trap.

Old Navy always has nice clothes. Staff is ready to assist even if you don't ask. Store very organized. Overall, a very good shopping experience.

Lyndsey was very helpful, it did not have the size I needed in-store. She went out of her way to find other locations that did carry the size, but ultimately she ordered the sizes online to be delivered to my home, thanks for your help again! You're awesome.

Man... being a husband sometimes isn't easy when it comes to returning or exchanging clothes. Lord knows we need our wife's to do that for us ? In this case, Erin a young lady employee basically walked me thru to store to exchange what I needed and ordered what was not available inside the store. Thank you Erin.
