I had a very difficult time returning an item here. The manager didn’t give my situation the time of day. I shop here often, but her lack of attention and care caused me to consider never going back.
Her reason for not accepting the return? The item was worn…once.
My reason for returning? The item was made horribly and wouldn’t last past a single use.
My reason for this review is to shout out AGM David for the great customer service he provided. Although this situation started off bad, David came in to save the day. He damaged out the $20 belt, offering me a full refund, because he agreed the product wasn’t made well. He let me know it was an exception, but he still took care of the unhappy customer. Had I known the belt would mess up after wearing it less than half a work day I wouldn’t have made the purchase.
Way to go David. Thank you for providing next level service, and putting the needs of your customer first.

Sarah is awesome! There’s another review on here that isn’t good about her and another girl but I was there and the customer isn’t always right lol. Keep up the good work!!

The employees and male manager are very rude. Store was empty and dirty looked like no one shops there anymore very stale

Clean your dressing rooms, Old Navy. There’s no way that dust and build up of belly button lint is from one day of business.

Great store with great clearance items off the rack. We were able to get some cute pants for our niece and some maternity clothes for the wife. We are expecting a baby girl! Thanks Old Navy!
