Olmos Perk is the most FUN place.Kitchy, cozy, atmosphere. The people and ambiance make you feel right at home.Everything is out in the open, so I was worried about privacy at first, but somehow it all works!Clancy (???) Helped my friend. I love how you can customize on a scale of 1-10 how much flavor, how hot, etc. Very impressive how they make sure it all tastes just the way you want.Erin helped me. She was the BEST!! They advertised a banana, peanut butter, chocolate smoothie. But, I didn’t want the milk, or the peanut butter. Most proprietors would have just rolled their eyes at me. Not Erin! She asked me specific questions and then told me to trust her! Did she deliver!!! Look at the picture!! Best tasting banana bites with chocolate sauce, EVER.DEFINITELY GOING BACK!THE SERVICE ?THE FOOD ?THE AMBIANCE ?THE STAFF ?

I really enjoy this place and I think their coffee and espresso is actually pretty good. The family has always been very attentive and pleasant to talk to. I would recommend more outlets or surge protectors inside to help others that are working inside the shop but otherwise very nice.

I only had coffee and a muffin, so I can't judge the food, but the place was quaint and interesting.

Amazing hidden gem in Olmos Park with lovely and caring Erin and Tres. The classically prepared espresso coffees and artistically baked items are top notch paired with comfortable sitting and areas. You can easily find an area to share with one friend or a group. We’re most certainly coming back!

Absolutely love this place. Gives you a bed and breakfast warm feel. Aaron, is the mom of the house making sure everybody’s smiling and happy. I departed with the feeling of love from the bar and kitchen. My order: Coconut Chai Matcha Latte. Blueberry Pecan Scone. The Hitman (ham bacon havarti salami Swiss pesto).

I was excited to try this shop but was disappointed… Very interesting and strange atmosphere. Tons of stuff were anywhere. Like a messy shop. I was not sure if it was intentional. Had old and antique tables and chairs to sit. Ordered two latte drinks. Unfortunately, very disappointed with the drinks because they only gave us 8oz of liquid instead of a full of 16 oz. I think they might want to tell us why but they said nothing. Also ordered a warmed croissant and it was good. I would love to come back in future because the drinks tasted good. With that experience, I am not sure.

After having someone recommend this place, I convinced a friend to go there with me. There were two employees behind the counter, very personable. I was hoping to try one of their muffins, and my friend, a cookie and some decaf. Well, they had no cookies, no muffins or cake…and their decaf was an espresso?? Their breakfast menu comprised only sandwiches on panini. The. only food we saw there was some whole pecan pies that looked dried out and stale. The employees apologized profusely and said they were “unprepared” for customers, though they were certainly open. We didn’t hold them responsible, but the manager/owner surely was. I had already ordered a tea, which I requested be put in a to-go cup, and we left and went to Jim’s—it’s as they say: there’s ALWAYS Jim’s. We had a nice meal there. After driving a good 20 minutes to get to Olmos Perk, based on our experience, we won’t waste our time going back.
