Good selection. Lots of variety and good quality. Buy and sell used children's clothes. For selling, pack washed clothes in an 18gallon or smaller bin. The store picks which items it wants and pays you 30% of the value of the item. Takes about a day to evaluate and calls you back. For buying, average onesie is $4.50 each. Lowest I saw was $1.50; highest $12.

SCAM! I recently dropped off a bin to the location. The front was overflowing with bins & it was extremely disorganized. I was asked to leave my bin and sign in, they told me they would text me when my buy was ready within the next day or two. A week went by & I never heard from them. I called & they told me it wasn’t ready and would be another day or so. Another week went by & no communication. I followed up a third time only to be told that all of my stuff was donated including my bin and I was given $25 store credit!!! I have no text messages or voicemails from them at all! They are scamming moms who need money by taking all of their clothes and offering little store credit. AVOID AT ALL COST.

First time I ever sold clothes here I brought in about 120 something items and they took almost all of the items and gave me $60 in return.
Second time I sold to them I brought in more clothes along with an authentic Gucci shirt and 4 pairs of Nike shoes, and again they took almost everything including the Gucci shirt and all of the Nike shoes and only gave me $41!
I just thought was insane, especially after looking around the store to see them price items around the same or a dollar or so less than retail prices. I wouldn’t recommend selling your items here if you’re really trying to get some good cash back.

I dropped off items to sell. They said it would be about a week and a half. The system was down so they had me write down my name and phone number. After a week and a half of not hearing anything I called the store. They have no record of my stuff and don’t have any bins with my name. After a long phone call found out they entered my info incorrectly and since I didn’t respond at the incorrect phone number they donated my items without my permission. They also pay less than they say. As you can see many of my items were name brand including shoes and I was paid less than $2 per item. Just really beware. This place is an unorganized mess.

Stay away from here with donations. Brand new items still in the box will receive 50 cents on the dollar and the return rate for items to buy is way to expensive to include clothes.

I have been coming to this location for years! Everyone is always so helpful, even when I have issues which aren’t their error they help me resolve them in the kindest way. They understand the running around mom life and are so accommodating. Reviews below are a bit offsetting I mean you’ll get $1-$2 at a yard sale where you have to put signs and advertise for and here you drop off and pick up cash when it’s ready - easy peasy. I’ve gone at all hours of the day and everyone is always super helpful and when I cannot find resolution I kindly ask for the manager, this last time I spoke to Ashley who was a huge help. Thank you OPAC for all you do!

Employees are for the most part friendly but its not really worth taking in your items you want to sell its like they give you a $1 for each item they keep and then sell it for way more but you if plan to shop sometimes you can find some deals if not your better off just buying a item brand new from another store

Great place to sell your gently used children toys, clothes and baby needs with great customer service to go with it. Highly recommend this place and they will treat you right.

Pretty rude employees at this location. Manager was talking to her employees in a very condescending tone. Got to the register to check out and the cashier didn’t acknowledge me, just rung me up and told me my total. Really sad that she didn’t even have basic customer service skills. Will not return to this location.

A little disorganized. All the stuff being sold to the store takes up the front entrance and makes it hard to get in and around. The toy area is very small and difficult to move around in as well especially with things such as strollers being sold sitting in the middle of the area making it even harder to get around and look at stuff. When bringing totes in to sell the system said it was a thirty minute wait only after I signed in and put my information in did the worker say it would be a week before it would get done. Had she had said this prior to me signing in I would have gone to a different location. I think there needs to be a separate building for the buyback area, at least at this location.

They are a WEEK out with reviewing items for sell. But they don’t tell you this beforehand. BUT then if they finish early you HAVE To pick up same day or they “donate” everything. Pretty ridiculous. Don’t sell with them.
That said, they have a good selection and I do like shopping here. Tad overpriced but ??♀️
