Our first and last visit:-Service was slow, and condescending.-The atmosphere was chaotic with multiple children being allowed to scream, and run back and forth across the shop for the better part of an hour.-The weight on the scale is not visible to the customer, only to the cashier, allowing them to price the yogurt at whatever they choose.Choose a better place to spend your moneyand time. Not worth it.

Great place to break from the heat. Plenty of frozen yogurt too.My daughter is always impressed with the fro-yo offered at this Orange Leaf location on Austin Hwy. It's small, clean, and not ever crowded. We've visited several times and always come out content and refreshed from both the fro-yo and the AC. The process is simple and self intuitive. You'll walk by all the flavors towards the bowls. You get a bowl, and fill it up as much as you want. They have a large selection of toppings. They weigh it and voila, you're ready to fro-yo.On the most recent visit I enjoyed a banana pudding flavored yogurt, and topped it off with vanilla wafers and banana slices. It was good. The folks are nice. Plenty of parking out front as it shares a lot with the Target, PetCo, and other strip mall tenants. We'll be back.

My husband and I recently visited a frozen yogurt shop with our adorable 5-pound Pomeranian, hoping to enjoy a delightful treat together. However, our experience turned sour when the cashier informed us that pets were not allowed inside the store. I tried to explain that my little furry friend is an emotional support animal and even offered to show the necessary documentation, but unfortunately, the cashier informed us that the owner strictly enforces a no-pet policy, regardless of the circumstances.Feeling disappointed and understanding the store's policy, I decided to quickly finish preparing my yogurt, as I was almost done, and then intended to enjoy it outside with my companion. Unfortunately, our attempts to compromise were met with resistance, as the cashier asked us to leave once again, leaving us no choice but to forgo our yogurts altogether. Though our puppy was well-behaved and not causing any disturbance, it seemed there was no room for exceptions. As much as we love frozen yogurt, the encounter left us feeling unwelcome and disheartened. The lack of understanding and compassion from the staff towards our situation was disheartening, and it is unlikely that we will be returning to this particular frozen yogurt shop in the future. We believe in respecting the establishment's rules and policies, but we also value businesses that consider individual circumstances and are willing to accommodate them when possible. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. While we understand the need for certain guidelines, we can't help but feel that a little flexibility and empathy could have made a significant difference in our overall experience. In the end, it's the way customers are treated that makes a difference in their decision to return or recommend a place to others. Regrettably, this negative encounter has left us with no desire to patronize this frozen yogurt shop again. We hope that, in the future, they will reconsider their pet policy and approach customer situations with a touch more understanding and consideration.

My guilty pleasure go to!I love fro-yo and the flavor options are always fantastic. Toppings have always been fresh and prices fair. I appreciate the non-dairy options too! Definitely a regular visitor when I’m looking for something refreshing in the lovely Texas heat

Owner is a hot mess. Never stops talking so you can actually enjoy the overpriced frozen yogurt they offer! If your skins not the right color don’t plan on getting quick service or even noticed here.

Love this place! ❤️ It is always very clean. The owner is very friendly and nice. I brought my niece and nephew here and the owner gave them both balloons! They were having the most fun time! My favorite flavors are coffee and pistachio. Great flavor and made with real ingredients! Will come back soon for sure!

WOW! This is, BY FAR, the cleanest store in all of San Antonio, with an exceptional customer service and the most fun experience ever! The owners treat you like family and the employees are just super adorable and friendly!!! And the froyo! Oh my FROYO! Tastes like heaven; so creamy, so tasty and delicious! Ok, I’m on my way to get some more, bye lol
