Stopped by this location 3/15/24 at 6:30 to pickup some additive. As I waited there were two employees behind the counter. One was doing nothing and the other was having a conversation with another fellow employee. I was waiting to pay for the product and one employee just left to go to the back. The other one finished his conversation and then just piddled around before he came to charge me. Poor customer service.

Claire (I think her name was?) is the local "detailer" expert but we were also able to talk about cars, car maintenance, etc. since the store was slow. She helped me look at my cabin filter and how to get to it and had a ton of knowledge on cleaning products. I loved the energy and commitment to quality chemicals. Will be here again next time I'm needing car help!!!

Went in because my wifes truck was having issues my engine light was on and it was having a hard time starting sometimes. Ken was super helpful came out checked everthing out turns out the light was a just loose gas cap, bit after seeing the battery and started tested good I was really worried the hard starting was something really major. Ken took the time to look over my car and found that a cable had come looose between thw battery and starter he tightened the nut that held the cable and now her truck starts right up Ken explained that a loose connection like that can cause the intermittent issues I was having. Thank you Ken for everyrhing you took the time to make sure everthing was safe and dependable for my wife now I feel comfortable that she wont get stranded somewhere because the truck wont start again thank you so much.

To whom it may concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred during a recent visit to your establishment. On March 2nd, 2024, I had an interaction with one of your employees, Kenneth at your Bulverde Rd location.During the process of returning merchandise, I was met with unprofessional behavior from Kenneth. Not only was their demeanor dismissive and hostile, but they also accused me of altering the merchandise being returned. This accusation is unfounded and highly offensive.I expect a higher standard of customer service from your staff, and such baseless accusations are unacceptable. I trust that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the behavior of Kenneth to ensure that other customers are not subjected to similar treatment in the future.I appreciate your attention to this matter and expect a prompt resolution.Sincerely,Micah F.

I’m a single mom and know very little about parts, warranty & mechanical issues… I was actually nervous about possibly being taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge & experience… I was recommended from a friend a mobile mechanic to purchase my part here and had the privilege of receiving the most amazing respectful service from David at the Bulverde location… he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions!

My car was leaking oil and Madison took great care of us. She helped me find the right oil for my car and even put it in for me! She was also very sweet and patient with my 9 year old son who was asking a million questions throughout our encounter. Thanks so much to Madison and O’Reilly!

This is our one-stop shop for auto parts nearby. And they're always helpful in friendly. We also take our old oil when we change our oil on vehicles and filters to this location.

Excellent service from David (No. 5764)at the 21740 Bulverde Rd location. Our daughter’s windshield wiper broke and it’s raining and we couldn’t figure out how to put on the new wipers. Without any hesitation David gladly helped us out even though it was cold and raining. We can’t thank you enough!

Every one is extremely helpful and very nice except one person she does not like to help customers and has an attitude and doesn't care what the customer has to say and accuse you of not buying the merchandise there. Even though you're trying to give your number so they can look up the receipt that I did purchase it. she didn't want to, bottom line she doesn't like to work but wants to get a paycheck.

Best service I have received at an auto parts stores. I was looking for a new battery terminal connector as the one I had was corroded and the previous terminal plug was stuck in there. The employee banged it out and cleaned so it looked brand new. Great customer service.

I bought a fuel pump because I previously burnt out my old one. I had bought a fuel pump from O’Reillys under the impression I would have a warranty. My receipt said I didn’t have a warranty. Kevin was able to dispute the non warranty. Kevin has excellent customer service. Thank you!!!

I just visited the #5764 to get a battery checked. David helped me out with the testing of the battery to see if it was still good. David was the only person working the front desk. Regardless of him being busy David found time to help me out with testing my battery and getting a new Battery installed. David's customer service was impeccable. I would recommend the next time you have to get your battery tested or need auto part go to O'Reilly 21740 Bulverde Rd (store #5764) and ask for David.
