Came on Sunday to have paint and they told me that paint department is closed on Sunday. I said totally fine. I came back Monday morning as they requested, and again they said the guy is not here and he is off. That’s really unprofessional

I have learned that if I need anything that probably isn't on the shelf that I should come to this O'Reilly's in San Antonio. Best I can tell it is the distribution center for all the other stores in San Antonio. If it isn't a commodity, I usually get sent here by the other branches. I had been coming less frequently since a few years back when I tried to get a carburetor kit at the Austin Highway store. The computer kept showing the wrong one (Holley), and I needed one for a run of the mill Quadrajet. When I tried to explain to the young button-pusher behind the counter, he just shrugged and said, "Sorry, I've never seen a carburetor.". Good parts guys are getting hard to find, and I guess this is the price I pay for owning a classic car.
Today may have been the last straw for the local O'Reilly's for me. I needed some wheel studs for a utility trailer. I brought in one from the trailer so we could match it up. I showed it to Homer, and when he found out it was from a trailer and couldn't look it up on the computer, he unapologetically and defiantly said, "If I can't search by a model, that would mean I would have to go through every one we have by hand, and I'm not gonna do that." No apology for not being able to help. No offer to look up by the specs. No suggestion of somewhere that might have it. I said, "Well, I guess I will try somewhere else." He didnt seem to care.
Good parts guys are hard to find.
Oddly enough, a nearby competitor offered to look it up by diameter and length and had what I needed.
Pitiful customer service at O'Reilly's. This was not the first l got bad service here, but it will be the last.

The O'Reilly Auto Parts at 2400 Fredericksburg Rd has always been the friendliest super knowledgeable folks I've had the pleasure of visiting. This is my one stop for ALL the auto parts I need. This "old lady" will only use O'Reilly. They are an awsome bunch. When possible, they have installed small parts for me on the spot. THANK YOU O'Reillys!

Look I've been coming to this location for going on 20 years. Sure it has new people but these people were trained by the older guys. Certainly that one time they fired everyone at the same time and just replaced them! Great experience! It may take longer to be seen but you will taken care of real good!

I feel like I'm here every single week with problems I'm going through with my car. The employees are always super helpful and kind. I'm usually so frustrated with dealing with a car issue but they make it simple to find all the things I need and any advice or help they can give. Great team, thanks for being there with good options and great deals that help save even a few bucks.

This O'Reilly is crazy.. knowing it's hub and have only two people up front.
Come on what kind of business is this!
There like 5 or more people in the back not doing nothing standing around and am a commercial manager...crazy.
