Skip skip skipp. ! Don't worrying bout coming here they don't need yo money they are a well. Oiled machine . It took me three tries to realize it. Senority over a hello , " I'll be right with you . "
If your not commercial. Help yoself. ! Mr lino. Sits in the back on that chair n he say that's all I'm paid to do. .! Your young buckks hustling . Poor girl apryll. Walking around picking parts. For lino cause his aszz don't leave that chair . WOrked for auto zone who's commercial. MANAAGER did all the things his counterparts did . He helped in the front if he needs, to drive he drove if we needed back up he was a TEAM PLAYER !! no one except our store manager sat on their assess! We WORKED !
Drew at the front help me the best he could and he curved this sour taste in my mouth . Mind you I'm not asking for a red carpet . It's a part place . But ladies. Please know uncle lino. Is ur typical grosero tio. ! Like I said in store give that man a vacation !!! He needs it !!
My mechanic loves this store and I wanted to love it too. 😔😔😔😔 damn damn damn.

I like this place. I feel like their prices are cheaper and service was usually faster than Autozone.
That said: I wasn't too happy with my last visit. I was charged $20 more for a part i exchanged, that only cost $13 more. I went in to ask about this and the guy at the register was rude and kept cutting me off. I had a $10 discount applied to the original purchase ($7 to that part as there was 2 items) and i told the cashier. He kept telling me that the $7 was the cost of the other item which is false. My statement shows that I'm being charged the original amount ($34) and now the new amount ($21) when they should have only charged the difference ($13).
I'm not happy so I'll be going elsewhere unless i *absolutely* have to go there.

Walked in and waited for 5 minutes while actively watching two counter people to sit on their cell phones, finally get called to the counter and the kid has a smirk the entire time. I told him I'm just there for a basic pick up and that I was told by another store that it would be ready and that they had confirmed it was there just for the kids to be confused for 15 minutes. I informed him that the other store had already called and confirmed that they had it so he needed to find it and he walked away from me. He then comes back with another guy and they give me blank excuses as to why it's not there and explain to me that it wasn't even until just a couple minutes ago that they received the order when it should have been placed in about 45 minutes ago. They then asked me if I wanted to go to a different store which is when I reminded them that the entire reason I came here and the kid chuckled and said okay and turned away 🙄
