Refused to check my battery because it was dark outside. I get the reason, but when you have an 82 year old with heart problems, you need a reliable vehicle. I was the only person in the store, and my mom & 2 neices were the only ones outside. Went to a competitor, and they took the 5 minutes to check my battery and sold me another one. (They weren't supposed to go outside after dark either.) But he took mercy on me.

Larry Rodriguez decides when you can use the restroom for their customers I wouldn’t have him as an assistant manager just go to AutoZone and he said he doesn’t care about his job. He rather go work AutoZone.
