Darian especially is the man to go to! AutoZone gave me hell selling me the wrong part 3 different times when I needed a new bulb for my headlights. However first time O’Reilly set me right and knew exactly what I had and took care of me. O’Reilly has a new loyal customer that’s for sure!

I was leaving Texas the next morning, and that night my daughter’s car battery died. I went to the Autozone up the street first and they gave me the wrong battery. Went to O’Reilly’s in hopes of finding someone who knew what they were doing. They got me the correct battery that I needed, and they even stayed open a little later to get me all squared away. Was able to get my daughter’s car fixed before I left town.

Poor communication! I was LIED to about how long it would take to get a part!!! Then, lied to a second time when I was told the manager would "call me back". When I called back 3hrs later, the manager told me that the employee said I had hung up before he could get back to me?! WTF is wrong with this place?!

Ok store, I thought the Inverter I just bought was missing a part. It wasn't missing anything, but employees refused to test it. It was clearly not working properly and he blamed it on my battery. He was not interested in checking it at all!I was referred to a different store. Hopefully they will help me out. Or I might just go to a different place entirely. Its on Red not on Green. Manual states it my be a faulty product

This is a fantastic O'Reilly's! Jesus and James were professional and helpful! They even had tools for us to borrow to take out a dead battery they were the only two working and helped every customer that was coming in. Offered to carry items out to a car. I will definitely be back here for some work if I need it.

Stopped by today to fix a couple of issues on my vehicle. Donovan was super helpful. The store was busy, he made time to work all of his customers. He was very knowledgeable on how to look up obscure parts and offered really good diagnostic advise before buying parts. Definitely recommend!

Awesome assist. Manager today helping me. Showed me what I asked about, then demonstrated how to properly use the product on my vehicle as well as how to open/close the item! Love O'Reilly ❤️

The person that helped me was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I added multiple items after my first request and he was happy to continue. I wasn't sure what I needed but he made things very simple and clear. This is a great location with a great staff.
