We got charged $11k to have the insulation in our attic replaced due to having rats. A) they ripped up the floor boards that were in our attic only to haphazardly replace them. Our once completed floor attic is now a hazard to walk on because of their shoddy work. B) they said it would take 3 days of labor and charged based on square footage, but they completed the work in one day and didn't insulate the peaks in our attic, meaning they charged based on square footage but didn't cover all the square footage of our attic. They sent a smooth talking salesman who assured us everything was great and done exactly as planned, but he seems to just be a really good bullcrap artist. Honestly, impressive and he deserves a raise for having us part with $11k. We will not be using their services again.

I am writing this review on behalf of my grandparents. My grandparents hired Orkin to handle a rat problem they had in the attic. At the beginning, you could hear the rats here and there at night. They paid for the all-inclusive pest termination service from Orkin, which cost them over $10k. Months later, not only does the problem still exists, it has also gotten worse. During the beginning stages of Orkin's service, they were supposed to trap and catch all of the pests before sanitizing and blowing in new insulation. One of the Orkin workers came inside to advise my grandparents to delay the sanitization process, as he did not believe all of the pests had been removed. I appreciate him for his honesty. His higher-ups however, insisted that the process continue and ultimately rushed everything. It is very easy to see that Orkin has taken advantage of my grandparents. This is flat out elderly abuse and elder financial exploitation. As of today, the problem is still worse and they have no-showed on three consecutive appointments. I am advising my grandparents to sue. Do not use Orkin, pay the extra few hundred dollars for a more reliable company.

Orkin came out today for an inspection and Don was exceptional!!!! From the moment he walked through our door he was highly professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He answered all our questions and gave us ideas how to improve our pest problem. It’s so hard to have patience when you have pests because you want them gone immediately. Lord knows that✝️✝️ He performed an excellent inspection and will be back in a couple of weeks to re-examine the treatment. Ty Orkin for everything! I would highly recommend Orkin after our experience today.

Experiencing problems with "No See Ums" tiny flying bugs that bite terribly and cause a lot of itching. Called few pest control companies and Orkin but Orkin's price was outrageously expensive $2900 to come in and treat house with a 150 degree tempature to kill any living bug in the house plus monthly fees. I wish I had the $$ to treat this "No See Ums" infestation that is so hard to get rid and doesn't let me sleep and my poor dog loosing her hair from scratching but it's just to expensive.
