Walked in to the store and there was an older man and woman working, standing behind the counter, no one in the store but us and them and not a hi, hello, no acknowledgment whatsoever… so we left. Went specifically for items for our trip to New Mexico…. oh well, guess you don’t need our business. If you can’t even speak to me, you don’t need my money. Horrible customer service.

I ordinarily buy pet products from Orvis online. However, I visited the retail store on San Pedro Ave. in San Antonio December 2024. The store is exceptionally well designed with inventory for outdoor enthusiasts. The sales associates were very friendly and helpful. I was so pleased! They helped me find a dog jacket that would fit my dog – – and a really nice sales associate actually put the dog jacket on my dog. It was a fun shopping experience. I really enjoyed my visit to the store! It was so much nicer than shopping online…

Just went to pick up something my wife ordered, but the lady that checked my out was super friendly. Very unique items in their inventory.

I reserved items for pu and when I checked out the price was much huge than online. There was no question when I showed the clerk the email. All my items prices were adjusted without hesitation. Very friendly staff.

Orvis has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I’m on the rivers over 100 days a year and as a result am extremely hard on my gear. Orvis delivers the most durable gear available and on the rare occasion I have an issue they fix it. Josh really goes above and beyond the call of duty. Well done Orvis SA!
