Good service from employees but have trouble with cell reception in store. Most stores have a wifi net work or one near, I would suggest wifi in the store for better service!

I have mixed feelings. I like the selection of clothes even caught a couple deals. Only thing that sucked was the help. Kind of took forever. Don't get me wrong though I know people get busy. This is just my opinion.

Great customer service and just a little smaller than your typical Macy's.
