Paladar Fusion Mexico Cuba is a unique little gem in Alamo Heights, offering a menu of Cuban, Mexican, and Cuban-Mexican fusion dishes. The food is fantastic, tasty, unique, extremely delicious, and very filling. The atmosphere inside is very welcoming, cozy, relaxed, and casual with nice, elegant tropical decor, though the seating is limited. The service is top-notch, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended dishes include the Ceviche, Tropical Ceviche, Posta de Huachinango (Red Snapper), flautas, the Paladar Sandwich, and the verde chilaquiles. The menu is moderately priced and worth it. There is plenty of free parking, and it is within walking distance to shops and the Witte museum, perfect for an after-dinner walk. This place provides a memorable dining experience with nothing else like it in San Antonio.

Trying this lovely little space for the first of many times….the tuna appetizer and the mole entre…absolute perfection. My new fav spot…cheers to the warm welcome from the staff…they took great care to ensure the best experience. Get a reservation if you want to go on the weekend.
