Somewhat friendly scam artists and rip offs. I was charged for things i did not ask for or want and was sold things i was never able to get because of their fine print which was never explained to me . The attendant also told me i didn’t have to cover my nails, i still have orange nails almost two months after. Wasted my time and money and complicated my vacation. Never again!

A clean and not crowded place. Unfortunately I had been there two times and only had treated with old fashioned power level 1 tanning beds. The results would be slow on those beds. Slow results I don’t mind however old beds have more UVB and less UVA which is NOT safe for developing skin troubles.I would not visit there for an other time.

They’re always very knowledgeable on their products, and the types,great serviceStaff is always so nice, shout out to “Emily” she’s a great sales woman!!and they always have clean bathrooms, and most importantly clean beds. 11/10 recommend

Highly disappointed. Only wanted a single tan to enhance my tan for an event. Was charged $20 for a single tan which would have been perfectly fine if the bed would have not had in excess of 5 bulbs that were hot working. They only allowed me to tan 6 minutes (was not made aware of this when purchasing). I also purchased a small pack of tanning lotion which made my total $45! I will not be back!!

I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come to this salon despite there being one closer to my home simply because I love the customer service at this location. I hate pretentious vibes and it’s a common occurrence in the beauty industry, so THANK YOU, ladies, for being the most accommodating and genuinely friendly people I’ve come across in a long time.

As my credit card company stated, "I was just girl who wanted to tan!" This Palm beach tan location is certainly NOT spreading sunshine. I had such a horrible experience, and I will never use this business again. I also want to warn others. I went into get a month membership and I was charged 136.50. Gladly paid that! Then, before the month was over a young employee demanded I paid another 22.00 to keep using the monthly membership, even though when I originally purchased the package that was not discussed. I reluctantly paid the 22.00 because I wanted to tan that day, even though the employee cussed me out. I was heading out the country for a yoga retreat in 2 more weeks and just wanted to tan. I figured I could call the manager and discuss the hostile experience the next day, which I did. The next day the manager did call me back and I explained the unfortunate situation and how the young, unprofessional employee used profanity and bowed up to me. I told her what the uneducated employee shouted, "I hate working here." I explained to the manager on the phone that this is Texas and its' not smart to have young hostile employees working for any business. If I wanted to be confrontational back the situation could have been bad and it would have been all on camera. I chose to walk away Peacefully. The owner of the franchise Jacks called me the next day stating she would be refunding the additional 22.00, but that I was banned from using the membership that I paid. Also, that I was banned from using Palm Beach! I normally wouldn't waste my precious energy and time on something like this, but this customer service was disgusting and they basically stole my money! I filed a police report for theft and the kind police officers gladly assisted me with a case number. I also contacted my amazing credit card company and I will be contacting Palm Beach Tan corporate, Better Business Bureau as well as filing a lawsuit. Businesses that think they can get away theft and treating customers poorly should be held accountable. If I could give 0 stars I would! DO not USE THIS FRANCHISE!Service: Sunbed tanning

The staff is very nice there. They always greet me with a smile and are so pleasant to talk to. Sometimes they are in the back and I'm waiting a few minutes to be helped. Also some of the beds are pretty old and the numbers don't work. Other than that it's a great location and I come here all the time!
