Chow mein is inconsistent depending on how fresh it is. Just don't expect the chow mein to be good when they are slow.

The food was kinda old and stale. My egg roll was pretty mediocre if not terrible... Despite that, can't go wrong with Panda Express. The beef and broccoli was fairly good but my friends orange chicken was tragic lol
