It’s no reason if you did a online order you should have to wait in a long line. It definitely would make things worse easier and faster. That was the whole purpose of doing the order online in the first place.

In store needs to add their online pick up area back. The new process of being in the que with people browsing is too long. Should be an easy in and out process if you are only picking up.
