I love Panera. Their food is always good. Their service I would say is good but a lot of times when I get my sandwich from this place, my sandwiches are kind of falling apart or haphazardly put together.

The food is delicious is why I gave it high marks but I ordered thru drive thru my order ended up being incorrect. I specifically asked about an item on the menu the pick two and asked the price of a salad and the broccoli bread bowl together and picked it but after getting home. I saw they rung put a tomato soup instead of the broccoli and cheese bread bowl. A little disappointed but the food is really yummy either way.

I keep forgetting that Panera sucks now. You pay $15 for tiny portions of food with half the ingredients missing. I got a pick two with a small amount of soup that was fine I guess, and like two square inches of bread with some small bits of chicken and melted cheese. I guess that's a sandwich? I was hungry again by the time I finished. We paid extra to get bacon in my daughter's Mac and cheese and it included like six crumbs of bacon. Shrinkflation has hit Panera nationwide, I guess.

It's one of my favortive places for breakfast. It is a healthier choice for a fast breakfast if you have dietary restrictions. Everyone there is always helpful and courteous.

Visit Date: 02/20/2024I am compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and quality experienced at Panera, which was far below acceptable standards. Despite being a simple addition, the avocado I paid an extra $0.99 for was inadequately prepared and presented, resembling nothing more than a smear akin to butter, not the fresh ingredient one would expect for the price.The state of cleanliness within the establishment was equally disappointing. Dirty tables were a common sight, reflecting a neglect for basic hygiene and customer comfort — an unacceptable oversight during any times, especially concerning given current health considerations.The most concerning aspect of my visit, however, was the handling of my complaint regarding the unacceptable temperature of my food. The staff's response was not just unhelpful but outright dismissive. Being told to dispose of my cold sandwich myself, without any offer of a proper resolution, was both shocking and unacceptable. This is not the level of service one expects from a reputable establishment.This experience highlights a glaring deficiency in customer service and overall quality control at Panera. It is imperative that these issues be addressed immediately. Customers expect and deserve quality food, clean surroundings, and respectful service. On this occasion, Panera failed to deliver on all counts.I urge the management to take immediate action to rectify these failings and improve their standards. Failure to do so not only tarnishes your reputation but also betrays the trust customers place in your brand.

I was really mad for the portions I got on my sandwich. The image they had was a good portion of a size sandwich. It looked really good and purchased it. I got the sandwich and it didn’t look anything like the picture. I asked why did look that way and their response was that that’s how it was made. I felt so robbed out of $12 and got my money back.

We ordered on the kiosk but it wasn't working correctly, so all the time we spent was wasted, and we had to order at the counter. No one ever went to check on the kiosk or notify customers of the situation, so people were still ordering on that kiosk and not being able to order. Food came out quickly, and my fiancees meal was tasty. My sandwich was fair, but could have used more meat and condiments. The "lettuce" was barely there. Definition not worth $10. I imagine that this place is "cool" to some, but it is overpriced and good underwhelming.
