Party City in San Antonio offers party supplies for every occasion, from baby showers and birthdays to Halloween and holiday events. This specific location claims it is not going out of business, so its inventory is good. The prices are standard and regular, and customers can get what they need for really cheap, especially for items like cool Halloween masks. However, the location can be scary and dimly lit, and some employees don't seem to care about their jobs, acting like they are mad to be there. While the selection is good, prices can be much higher than other stores for the same items. The process is sometimes very well organized and smooth, with staff who know what they are doing, allowing customers to be in and out quickly. Some staff members are really nice and helpful, but the experience can be confusing when service is disorganized.
Bridget was by herself last Thursday evening and she took care of me. She was very helpful. I love this Party City at this location .

Rose was super helpful with my balloon purchase! AC isn’t that great here so steer clear of the Halloween aisle when all of the west side is last minute Halloween shopping. This also seems to be the place where everyone buys mens’ 40th birthday decorations.
