-5 stars given to this company. They absolutely carry a IDGAF about you or your account. I have tried multiple times to inform the reps I have two insurances that cover 100% of all costs. Check with your doctors about using another company.

Payment fell through crack. Lots of miscommunication between this company, hospital, and insurance company. I called and spoke with Melanie. VERY friendly, patient, professional... And helpful. Thank you!
