Not having much luck and maybe I'm having an off day. I submitted a bid request through their website yesterday (but no confirmation email received once submitted). I called this morning to confirm that they received my bid request, but couldn't get a live person on the phone. My call kept going straight to their general voicemail inbox. I'm happy to update my review "if" someone gets back with me. Otherwise, I need to get my print job acknowledged somewhere else.
