I'd choose lower if possible. Poor transparency in time needed for job. Came for diagnostic and alignment at 1000 to only be told at 1230 they're having someone come in to finally take a look at why the check engine light is on. Asked for an update and stated 45 minutes at most. Went across the street to eat something now 1350 well over 45 minutes later and still no update. We are going on 5 hours of waiting for a diagnostic and alignment to still receive no answers. Not often do I write a review but this service has been a terrible one considering pricing.

I’ve come 3 times at 7:30 for an oil change? And the store isn’t open even though previously an employee told me they open at 7. Currently it’s 8:31 and no one is here.

I did not receive service in November and I gave them another try this month February. They kept my car a week in November and told me they were having trouble assessing my wiper problems. My neighbor changed my switcher in 5 minutes and assessed it in 10 minutes. Okay, I called to see if they could change out my oil pump or alternator, where ever the problem was. It is 4 days later and now I am headed out to go get my car towed a second time with no assessment. My neighbor is going to fix it, a retired Pep Boys employee. I have not experienced any mechanic work from this place. There is a problem here. Both times it felt like my van and I were being held hostage and I wasted two weeks of my life and money to tow twice. I am looking for a mechanic business that works and k own what they are doing. Blind leading the blind and excuses galore on the phone why they haven’t assessed it. No work being done here. Don’t waste your time or money. Guerra retired at Guerra automotive retired and I am seriously looking for a replacement. I don’t want my retired neighbor to do my mechanic work. Message me any shop that does fix things. I am looking. Good luck corporate fixing whatever problem exists at this location.

I was there all day it was like a roller coaster ride they didn't know what they were doing and then they did know what they were doing but it took all day staff seeing to be unorganized and at each other's throats strongly recommend you find other accommodations

Worst service I've ever had. First, they didn't honor my appointment i booked online. Then, when I make it in the next day they first say it's an hour wait only for them to start on the vehicle that came in after me and make me wait another hour. I would not recommend this location for any service at all. The staff was not helpful at all and was a dismal atmosphere. Save your time and go to a different location.

This place is trash service trash for working ethics even between the holidays or not they have a job to do and they want to take a couple hours just to fix a tire that has a couple nails in them patch them up

Dropped off my vehicle for a tire patched. 3 hours later, I came back to see if my vehicle was finished because I didn't receive a text or call. It took another 25 minutes for me to be checked out and receive my keys. There was no one in front of me. I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but I'm not coming back.

This place sucks! Car always comes out worse than before! Workers don’t care about their customers concerns. The guy in the front is lazy. Avoid this place at all costs!

I scheduled an oil change on line for the same day service. 8 am was available online so I booked it and showed up early for my appt. The gentleman that assisted me said did you book online I said yes and when did you book it I said this morning. He then said I already have a 8 am appt if he doesn’t show by 8:15 I’ll take you. No other appt times were offered at all. The customer did show so I ran to my car and came to Midas where they took me in as a walk in immediately and I asked do you honor your online bookings and they said yes we do. So this was meant to be. Pep Boys needs to offer other available appt times for that day and honor their online bookings or turn it off if you’re not going to honor them. Thank you.

Took car in and they broke the bumper to my car then tried to nail it back on. Didn’t even tell me about it i had to see it on my own and then they tried blaming me. Worst place ever. Your car will end up worse than when you took it.
