I honestly don't know how they are still in business. I had a appointment at 1230pm to bring in my vehicle for maintenance. It needed a oil change and a/c recharge. I was told it was going to take an hour and they would call me when ready. So I went to a nearby restaurant. 2 hours and 30 minutes later I was still sitting at the restaurant waiting, I called and the guy stated it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. At 3 hours I went back to see if it was ready, it wasn't. It took 5 hours and 30 minutes for them to do something that I could have done in less then 20 minutes, but this was a fleet vehicle through Hertz. This experience was so bad I am just returning the rental so I never have to go through this again. Worst experience I have ever had at any mechanic shop.

Had a pretty rough day ending in a destroyed tire. Called these guys up since they're the closest and through my stress and exhaustion both Randy and Larry were champs. I had to call back three or four times to verify cost and times and they were always patient and helpful. Brought the car in early the next morning, got her four new tires. Service was quick and professional. Very thankful and absolutely keep y'all in mind if anything else comes up!

I come once a month because, as a full time rideshare driver, I drive about five thousand miles every month. The staff is friendly and down to earth. After two or more years I am practically family. Shoot I come so much and they know me so well that I might as well put on one of their uniforms and start working with them lol.

They are always very accommodating and quick! I rescheduled my last appointment and was mixed up by 30 minutes, but got me right in!

I want to give a positive review to Julio, Shane, and Randy for such professionalism. They told me the true scoop and I was able to make a positive decision on my car. They did not try to goose me into additional issues to my vehicle. This day and age, there are too many businesses trying to take advantage of people, and they did no such thing. These guys were awesome. I will definitely be recommending these men and this location to my network of people. Thank you!

These guys are legit. They're knowledgeable, nice, and helpful and won't take advantage of you if you don't know what you're doing. Highly recommend.

Had to purchase a new battery and have it installed. The work was done very professionally and I was treated with respect. The total cost was substantially less than what the local specialty shop quoted, plus I got a further discount on my veteran status.
