I always go to this Pep Boys for my car but this time they dropped the ball, messed my car up , put a serpentine belt on that shredded 10 minutes down the road and then blamed me for it and charged me for them messing up my car!!!! I feel like I got robbed.

I've been a customer bird for 4 years. They've always taken care of my car.
All changes tire rotation. Basic maintenance always been done well.
But I do have a big Complain this is the third time this has happened to me, For oilchange routine maintenance I specifically asked For front and rear diff, And transfer case to be inspected for proper fluid levels Before.
I leave the next morning on a trip I don't find out until I pick up the truck in the afternoon.that work wasn't performed .And it's too late.
To get it done anywhere else Why not have the courtesy to call me during the day, tell meThat work is not getting done or I can take it somewhere else I'm done i'm not going back again

I don’t know why I came back here, but I went in to get a nail out. I sat there, maybe five minutes later said I’m good to go. I check the tire and the nail is still in the tire. Didn’t go back in, don’t want to deal with that cause if they couldn’t do right the first time I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t do a second time and it was free no charge maybe that’s why? But, still don’t lie to my face. And when I got my key back it would not work anymore. Even changed out the battery. It’s a push to start so I’m stuck using the app. But, thanks so much for ruining my sunday. Amazing job. 👍

I set an appointment up yesterday with them for 12pm today. I called them.this morning at 8:14am today to see if I could go early, they said no. I get there at about 11:20 the receptionist says the person who does the alignment tried to call me to come in early I told her he did not call and showed her he didn't but she said well he did. She then said he would be in at 12pm to do it I sat there for 40 mins just for her to tell me he said he was nit going to be there until 2pm. Bs

Was told Saturday that a state inspection guy would be in this Monday (today) and that they were able to do emissions test. Drove down from New Braunfels based on this info and not only do they not do emissions- they shut down the state inspection portion 2 months ago (which was relayed to me by one of the mechanics very rudely for no apparent reason?) Obviously they need to work on thier employees knowing what services they provide and fix thier crappy attitude to someone simply asking why incorrect information was given. What a joke

Although they did not have what I was looking for in stock chris was very helpful with knowledge on my car where in the city I might be able to get the product today since I wasn't able to wait more than 2 days for them to order it over all very pleased with my experience and thankful for the advice and help

I made an appointment 2 weekends ago and when I arrived 1 hour early, they had me wait 3 hours with the car sitting on the lift doing nothing before telling me it would take another 3 hours before they can get to it so I leave. When I call back on 7/13 to reset the appointment I was told that the $180 estimate from 2 weeks ago would be $480 now because Jaylene who has been there for over a year does not know what she's doing effectively tossing their own employee under the bus. I was speaking to a different female who claims she ran the estimate by the manager and who also said Jaylene was on vacation. Every other shop in the area including Midas who are crooks was quoting $300 less for the same job. Buyer beware this location is shady as hell.

Store says they're open till 7 but stopped in after getting a flat on the highway only to be told they are short staffed and can't install past 6pm. They do have the tires in stock but they just didn't want to stay when they were already packing up.

Terrible service, schedule an appointment and wait 1 hour and 40 minutes (and I had to ask for my keys, I think the waiting time was too tolerant)😡😡😡

My second review for this location! They are great still after my last experience (: Lexi took great care of us at the counter & we were in & out within an hr for our tire patch! It was $25. Just make sure your puncture is in a patchable zone & you’re good to go!
