Very honesty and trustworthy people. I needed my tires serviced and they were twice as cheaper than Firestone across the street. Wonderful mechanics with amazing customer service. Despite the negative reviews, these people have earned my respect 110%!!

I got my vehicle back in worst shape than I took it in for.
They sent me to purchase my own part , but gave me the wrong part number.
They charged me for a oil change that they didn't do..I asked for a oil change but they didn't do it til I complained then they did it so rough that it caused a oil leak at the oil change housing and a broke radiator part among other little stuff broke.
They didnt even put the vehicle back correctly .
I called customer care and they gave me a case number but never called me to fix this issue.
Who ever is in control of customer service needs to be re trained or fired

Due to an unforeseen problem with one of their machine I was there for 3 hours. Angel was so nice & honest. He was very helpful. I would truly recommend this place to anyone

ZERO STARS.
Got my Jeep back in worse shape than I left it. Brakes smoked, car wobbled, tires under and then overinflated, and parts were left scattered inside. They even slapped a Trump sticker over my personal stickers. Pep Boys is a complete joke.

This location is a complete disgrace. This is one of those reviews actually worth reading!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
1) My car almost caught on fire because of their sheer incompetence. All I needed was two new tires and two brake calipers. They told me early in the morning that it would be ready by 3 PM, so I planned to pick it up 30 minutes before closing. Five minutes before I arrived, I called to state I was on my way, only to be told, “Oh, we meant to call you… your car’s not ready. We actually don’t have the tires, even though we said we could get them.”
**The lack of communication was appalling.
2) Broken center console: After waiting an extra day, paying them, and finally getting my car back, I found my center console was broken. Lug nuts and bolts scattered across my seats. Glove box wide open. Back door left ajar. Mechanic wouldn’t take responsibility and started blaming everyone else rather than trying to fix it.
**Thinking it was ok to return a car back to someone like that is disturbing.
3) Drove off and immediately—car wobbled violently, veered into another lane, and later the tire pressure light came on. They didn’t even put air in the tires or do an alignment. **According to the tow truck guy they didn’t even put the tire on straight.
4) Brakes started SMOKING on my way home from the shop. They confirmed I need to stop driving it immediately and then had to have it towed back to the shop.
**Now I’m out without my car for almost a week.
5) When they finally put air in the tires, they overinflated them by OVER 10 PSI and beyond the recommended pressure setting.
**After questioning them they admitted later they did it wrong.
6) The absolute worst, most appalling thing, was they slapped a Trump sticker right on top of my personal sticker collection. I’ve been collecting these stickers for years, and they just decided to stamp their political views over mine like I wouldn’t notice…what the actual F is wrong with you?
7) They lie about their hours. They lock up early, cars still in lot, don’t answer the phones, turn off the lights, and pretend they’re closed even when you’re car is being serviced there.
For all the inconveniences, lack of qualified service and professionalism, and coming close to near damaging my car, you should have offered a refund. Not a “oh we’ll tow it back and replace your console WE broke for you...”
***I would not trust these clowns with a toy car. This Pep Boys should be shut down.***

Go to any other pep boys. Technicians are great but communication is lacking and mistakes were not acknowledged or any effort made to fix the issue. Will not be coming back.

I took my Mini Cooper in for a service, they looked it over and checked the history and suggested it only needed an oil and filter change. They didn't try and upsale me any unneeded work just to make money off me. Great service.

I scheduled an appointment online for a check engine light service. I took my vehicle to Pep Boys at my scheduled visit time and was met by Spencer at the front counter. I just have to say that the service here is OUTSTANDING. Spencer took the time to make sure I undersood the process and called throughout to keep me updated on my vehicle and what all was needed for repairs. I had my vehicle back the same day and it's working amazingly. I will bring my vehicle or any future vehicles to this location any time I need. They are awesome here!
