Bad service advisors, techs that break stuff. No accountability for things that were done & then they try to cover there tracks after. Please don’t go here & if you must take pics of your vehicle before. They will try to lie & retract things.

Scammers!!!
I had to change the alternator on my cambry and they asked for 1,300dlls, I fixed it on the outside with everything and part with 600 less than half
Beware of these scammers!!!!

The staff were friendly enough. My only gripe is that i feel like I wasn't fully kept in the loop with everything with what my car did/ didn't need. It could've just been how the message was delivered or how I interpreted it, though.

How are you going to have slots open for 530 on a Sunday, I get the confirmation that my appointment is set then I get there and I’m told the workers left early so no one can do the tire rotation.

Made an appointment, walked in for my appointment and was told they didn’t know when they would get to my car. Said that they had one guy doing breaks and he was backed up with other appointments already. If you knew this already then why didn’t you call your customers and have them reschedule? You are letting them come in knowing they are gonna be without their car all day, if they even get serviced. Just a ridiculous waste of real estate.

Took my vehicle in for tire rotations and from what I can tell, the tech messed up lug nuts or didn't mention there was an issue when removing the tire. Next time tires were removed for strut replacement, the stud broke off. My vehicle had less than 200 miles driven, then after struts were put on, I took it to them for the wheel alignment. They said my vehicle was ready and all good, everything was back in OEM specs/parameters. I drove the vehicle home but never got on the highway (live 5-7 min away from store). When I finally tried to drive it, the vehicle now pulls to the right & car starts to shake around 50mph. I took it back and now they find all sorts of issues with my suspension. I'm told by other shops & mechanics, there is no way they could've done the alignment with all the suspension issues they now claim. Interesting, all the end of my previous visits, after they completed my alignment, my vehicle inspection mentions nothing of suspension concerns or issues.
