Rosie is top-notch. I follow her wherever she goes. And, Andrew is an EXCELLENT mechanic. He worked on my truck and it is working great. I believe he fixed the water pump and changed out belts. The water was gushing out. Thank you, Andrew and Rosie. You both are the BEST!

These guys are great! Got my oil changed , tires replaced and low beams swapped out at a reasonable amount in a very timely fashion! No surprise costs, knowledgeable and friendly staff! Great job!

They do not open on time and zero sense of urgency when it comes to your time. Dealing with them is like working with a toddler trying to convince them to wear a jacket when they don’t want to. I know parts don’t always come on time but calling someone at 5:45 to collect a vehicle that’s ready when you close at 6 and then not show on time to open is the epitome of IDGAF I’ve ever witnessed. No mechanic on site during open hours frequently.

Very disappointed in the service I received from this store location. The repairs took way too long to be completed. Over six weeks! And it's still leaking engine oil and transmission fluid. One reason could be that they overfilled my transmission fluid to where it's unable to check. Due to pouring out the filler tube once you remove the cap. Some components were left loose on top of the engine that I had to tighten or place back myself. I rarely received any updates during this whole process. Except for when I call to tell me they're working on it. I truly feel like the technician that was assigned to my car was not seasoned enough for this job. This was way over their head. Especially, since I'm experiencing the same issues so soon after. I spent thousands of dollars and received pennies in return of service. I do not recommend going this store.

Ok so I had an oil leak and called them for pricing, was told 38 dollars would be the price to look at vehicle and let me know what was needed, I agreed and 29 minutes later was told it was my valve cover gasket and it would run me 380$ with a one year warranty so I called around and found someone to do it for 240$ so I told them I’d pass on it and just pick up the vehicle and just pay the 38$ for the evaluation, upon arrival the women at the counter asked me why I was passing on them and I let her know that the pricing was too steep for the work that needed to be done, she then dropped the price to 257$ which I accepted and 2hrs later was called to pick up my car, I payed 270$ because of taxes I’m guessing , no biggie but when I got home I open the hood and heard a high pitch whistle and gurgle sound and my engine was leaking coolant , so I took the vehicle back and was told it was my thermostat housing gasket and that it was leaking when I brought it in , and it was not them who did it, I’d never had a coolant leak problem before they worked on my vehicle and mind you that they had did an evaluation in the beginning and told me it was leaking oil from the valve cover gasket, no mention of a coolant leak which was an obvious issue the second time I took it in, I ended up paying another 250$ for a new thermostat housing and gasket and had to pay for labor to fix a problem I didn’t have when I took my car in the first place , this was the first and last time I use a place like this, it’s very frustrating especially when a simple valve cover leak ended up costing me over 600$

My wife and I went in this past Sunday to get some tires installed that we bought elsewhere. I was quoted approx $18 per tire, but they told they only 2 guys on and they were swamped, that it would be a long wait. He asked if I could bring the car back tomorrow at 5pm and set the appointment up for me. I came back the next day and was told there was only 1 car ahead of me so I sat in the lobby and waited. During this time, I'm watching 2 service tech guys just chit chatting but doing absolutely no work at all, in fact there were 2 cars on racks with nobody working on them. An hour goes by, and by this time other patrons are now coming and going, including what seemed like a personal friend of one of the service techs that promptly had his issue taken care of. My car is still right were I parked it when I first got there. Another hour goes by and still nothing, but now I'm frustrated beyond belief, sitting in this filthy lobby with spilled coffee and trash. The restroom was a disaster, with ceiling tile rotted out and drooping. I couldn't stand waiting around anymore and asked for my key back. The tech said, did I just need to get something out of it, and I said no I'm leaving. He handed me my key and I left. Absolutely terrible service just a couple days before Christmas.
