Perfumania provides excellent and phenomenal customer service. Staff members are very helpful, pleasant, patient, and thorough, giving customers their full attention. They show many wonderful options with great knowledge of the different scents, helping to find the perfect product. This creates a very wonderful experience, leaving customers feeling happy and with high energy. However, the store has a strict no refunds policy, does not allow smell tests, requires identification for purchase, and asks customers to sign no-refund receipts while paying top dollar. Many customers indicate they will always shop there, return, and recommend the business.
